Just popped, can’t wait to see these girlies come to life! Keeping ziplock bags on each cup to keep humidity higher as humidifier on high while still cold outside created too much precipitation inside the tent.

Topped off the soil levels so the roots aren’t sitting in damp soil. Raised the LED lights upto 40 inches as potential light burn happening. Could also be overwatering so gonna let these girls dry out a bit before next watering. No nutes Just PH’d water

They are geowingggg! Second set of true leaves are finally in. Third set have already started popping out. LED still at 40” Still some tips burning (not sure why, hope it’s nothing too major) could possibly be because of 7.0 PH at the beginning before going with 6.3 Fed first mix of nutes at half strength from what I found was a solid feeding chat for GH Flora Trio Hoping these girls get taller but wouldn’t mind bushier either. Waiting game!

Moved the ladies (hopefully) to 1GAL pots Transplants went well as far as I know, coated the soil with root grow powder to help encourage faster root growth. Switched water from tap to RO My tap water is running 350ppm and I think that’s why I’m getting some issues with lower leaves. I’m not sure if the 2 girls having issues are showing signs of N deficiency or not enough food. Bumped up their feed to what is shown in stats. Following a new schedule as the one I was looking into I noticed is for an irrigation system.

Wow the amount of growth over the last week have been staggering! Keeping the plants on the same strength feed as not nute burn or deficiency has been shown yet. HOWEVER I did notice some of them showing signs of sex!!!! I can’t tell yet so hopefully soon! Installed a filter in the tent with an actual exhaust fan instead of my pc fan pushing air out. The airflow seems great and it keeps temps nice and balanced Heater gets temp to 81° With the fan pulling air out slightly then the heater stops and the exhausts kicks up faster to pull air in until temps drop to 75° rinse and repeat. The runt is finally starting to grow lots now as well. And I have a short time lapse video that I’ll try and post in a bit! Noticing some mild weed smell now too, filters working as I don’t smell it outside only in the tent :) that makes me pretty happy lol

This LST is seriously no joke eh? They grow so much more when you train them up! I think they are just about ready to be potted up again but may wait another week or so, Still have 2 of them that are in seriously rough shape :( not giving up on them though until they either recover or die. Was sponsored by RealGrowers and Remo Key note is I have Recharge now so hopefully I’ll kick these ladies into fkn overdrive 😂 Gave them their first day or being outside today when I fed them! I can’t wait to be able to keep them outdoors full time. Started them on some lighter nutes as I flushed them the week before, because of super insane in the membrane high ppm runoff (950+) figured this was the reason for the two of them being burnt really bad. Started a couple new products aswell Diamond Nectar (Humic Acid) Thrive (Vitamins) Recharge (Beneficial Microbials)

Growth starting to catch up a bit, They are all outside full time now with no visible signs of issue. They are showing signs of nute deficiency though and I think it’s because I haven’t been giving strong enough ppm nutes as I’ve been afraid to burn them. (350-400 ppm nutes) Right now I’m seeing a mag deficiency along with slowish growth so I’m foliage spraying with Aloe Vera and upping the nutes to the current amount posted here for next feeding. Outdoor growing has since increased the drying cycle so instead of 5-6 days drying it only took about 3 days which is why I potted up to the 5 gal fabrics Also the roots were very nice and white and started to surround the interior walls of the 1 gal pots Still no signs of gender which is annoying because starting to feed 5 gallon pots is gonna be expensive with 15 plants. Other than that seems to be going well. One of the sick plants have since bounced back pretty nicely other than the deficiency the other is still struggling so we’ll see how the next week goes.

Welp it’s been a rough 2 weeks I’ve had to kill 4 plants 2 were badly burnt from heat, 2 were males And the rest are in question on whether they are male now too. Some showing slight gender signs but too early to tell. I have 3 still in the greenhouse and now 3 are in the tent finishing up in flower to push gender and get some good news hopefully. Side note the girlfriend bought me some BubbaKush seeds because of the rough news so if all fails then I’ll be planting these in a week or so. Took 2 weeks to post because I wanted to get these all back to good health and see if they were all lost. Hopefully I can get atleast 2-3 females here 😂😩 Started foliage spraying with Seaweed extract once a week, then Aloe Vera foliage spray the following week. Seems to be helping quite a bit.

Well unfortunately I ran into my first failed grow ALL MALES! 😩😩😩😔😔😔😭😭😭 However instead of being upset im pretty proud of myself for getting this far. And I feel like they look pretty damn good for a newbie grower with no gardening experience. I’m gonna let them grow a little longer to make sure 150% as it’s best to be sure But I’m pretty certain these are all males. My girl bought me some BubbaKush fem seeds so I’ll be starting over soon :) Wish me luck

Hello. Here's something I picked up years ago. You get more males if you have; Higher potassium levels- lower humidity levels- higher temperature levels - more red light - longer hours of light (than 18) You get more females if you have; Higher nitrogen levels - higher humidity levels - lower temperature levels - more blue light - fewer hours of light (than 18) Hope that helps for next time. Chuck.

Yes, unfortunately they are all males. Were they regular seeds? They did look very healthy though so can definitely take some motivation and encouragement from that.

Well I got some good news! The two last plants I had in a sea of what looked like males Have shown pistils!!! I officially have 2 females out of the 16 plants 😂😂😂 This diary is going to be hella long because of all the issues and back and forth but for now we continue to vege them and hopefully get some good shit from them! Will add more pics in a day as it’s down pouring today. June 9 : Added a couple more pics of the two ladies. They look pretty healthy although I did try my hand at super cropping one of them and the stems were super hollow in the middle resulting in splits down the sides and breaking the stems almost like bamboo. Taped them up and she seems like she’s fine. It’s been about 5 days and growth is still coming without any visible issues. The other is doing some serioussssss LST got her spread eagle like a MF lol Hoping to pop some new colas and branches with the direct sun to the main stem. Seems to be growing pretty rapidly.

Alriiiight well more bad news... this is what I get for buying regular seeds from Facebook market place lol There were 3 females from my 17 ish plants.. the rest were male. Out of the 3 females 2 of them decided to herm on me over the last week... so now I’m down to 1 female no signs of herming and seems to be very healthy. AND THEN THERE WAS ONE....

Still growing nicely, gave a lower dose of nutes this week, I’ve been researching on whether I should be feeding medium to hard strength every feeding. The pot is drying out much faster than normal now because of the heat outside etc and the roots are absolutely insane now. Moved her from the 2 gal to the 3 gal to give her some extra room to grow but this will be the last pot. I seem to have some thrips or spider mites fucking abouts, gave the foliage a good dosage of pesticide spray today but some of the leaves have some damage unfortunately. Live and learn I guess. New colas are forming in the middle now, hopefully the shoot up decently quick and can catch up with the rest. All in all good week, glad she’s coming along.

She’s still growing! Decided to do a late topping on all the mains. Should have done it way earlier but live and learn! Also transplanted to the 7gal to finish from the 3gal Feeding a bit less as I think 1100ppm is a bit too high, no issues so far! Going through some really bad weather right now cloudy for the next 8 days and lots of rain. Causing stress which is making her grow 3 finger fan leaves in response. Defoliate the bottom fan leaves and will be lollipopping in a few weeks.

Well it’s been a tough week with this girl. Had a storm roll in while I was at work on Wednesday, knocked her the fuck over and broke the main stem in the split middle. Luckily I was able to get to it quick and tie it together with tape, she seems a bit rough but I think she’ll be okay. Was showing some major def over the last week and the soil ppm was high as shit so I decided to flush her good just to make sure it’s not locked out and hopefully it doesn’t cause too much damage. All in all an interesting week, she’s a fighter that’s for sure but she hasn’t been an easy grow whatsoever. Still showing some def but I think it’ll take a week or so for her to bounce back from the issues before the flush and after the flush. Gave her a medium feed with some recharge and vitamins to help the stress. Pests have been incredibly controlled, haven’t seen a beetle or mite in the whole week, gave her a coating of DE and it seems to have done a very good job.

I’m going to start flowering nutes on light start. These buds are growing thicker and thicker and it’s starting to show trichomes and crystallization on the leaves. Hopefully it’s not too early so we’ll see what happens. I think that’s why I’m starting to get some dead leaves (pulling everything into the bud locations) Good growth, she’s becoming quite the monster for my first ever grow. Will update more if anything changes

Hi there your well off yet. Your pistils are still coming out, your calyx haven't started swelling yet. In another 4 weeks take some more close up pictures for the trichomes but take the pics of the buds not the sugar leaves. You will probably need to start lowering your grow nutrient and increasing your bloom nutrient soon. Patience and keep up the good work.

Yeah give it some time. You got some cloudiness going in the trichs but definitely want to wait til they’re all cloudy with just a bit of amber color starting to form. Especially for a sativa if you want that nice heady/energetic high - shoot for as much cloudiness as you can get. Once the thc starts to degrade it turns to CBN (and that’s the change from cloudy to amber) and you lose potency of THC Some of the ambering you see in your pics is likely due to physical damage from wind knocking the plants buds around into each other.

Not the prettiest looking thing however she’s doing well, for my first grow I got to be proud of getting her this far. Definitely a lot of learning that has been done for my next attempts. She seems to be swelling up ever so slowly as the days go by. Trichomes are mixed between clear and cloudy so a few more weeks are likely needed.

Still going, definitely ugly looking, I’m not sure where or why she’s just not doing well but I’m gonna keep pushing her until it’s time to chop, I’m thinking it’s just because it’s regular seed and from a poor genetic mother plant. What I get for Facebook seed purchasing lol Either way still looks like it’ll be an alright harvest! We’ll see what happens in a few more weeks!
