I made a DIY drain to waste system form parts I had lying around. I decided to go for Canna Coco coir plus medium as I read in doesnt need buffering ( which I had no idea about before )
For some reason Im struggling to keep the PH down.
I have an 8 gallon tank, and air stone
Still early days and things look ok,
I think I made my nutes up far too strong, I followed the instructions on the bottle, but after reading info from this forum it seem s clear I need to increase as the plant grows.
if you'd like,,check my Northern Lights scrog and my purple haze greenhouse diaries for ideas on training/trimming/defoliation, i'm far from a pro,,but do use the method to promote bud sites as you mentioned above..
