Sretching out nicely.
Found a few thrips on the underside of the leaves which rather annoying so Im keeping an eye on the leaves and spraying with water and a little soap to try and keep them at bay.
Water schedule is a problem I have DIY auto drip drain to waste system and I seem to be using a shed load of water to get run off and loads of nutrient.

if you'd like,,check my Northern Lights scrog and my purple haze greenhouse diaries for ideas on training/trimming/defoliation, i'm far from a pro,,but do use the method to promote bud sites as you mentioned above..
