Day 71 - Another week goes by, and we are getting closer and closer to harvest. I can clearly see that she has gained some weight, compared to last week. It's still not like in those pics like when you shop for seeds, but I am not disappointed. The colours are great, smells very strong and sweet. She started using less and less water, now 2l bottle lasts for 2 days. When she was stretching, over 2l per day of nutrients.
Day 73 - Update - I noticed that a lot of buds are starting to foxtail and I don't really like that. I see no reason why I should keep feeding her for any longer, so I flushed it today. I'm gonna keep her under the lights for another week, then I'm gonna leave her 48 hours in total darkness and it's chop time. I also started to notice first trichomes going amber.
Day 76 - photos speak for themselves. Covered in trichomes, about 7% - 10% amber. She is going to get chopped down on Thursday.
Looking great bud! π Not anymore more experienced myself but if youβre onto week 9 now your plan sounds good to me, approx 3 weeks left. I remember from my last grow the trichomes developed very slowly from clear to slightly cloudy then cloudy with a mix of everything at the end of the last week of flower. Youβll probably find much better answers from experienced growers but I thought it might help a bit. π
@Dingle, thank you for the comment. I took my time with VEG stage, no need to rush now so I agree with you. I really wonder if the Overdrive from AN will do what they say it will and we might see some gains in the coming weeks.
@YoungGrower6789,
The plant tells you when it's done βοΈ it's all about preference the milky the colmes the more elevated high the more Amber the more low body buzz couch lock high π I'd say 10% Amber forget how many the weeks the plant will tell you....
@spyder, It is, very resilient. I broke few branches, she didn't even notice lol a lot of defoliating too. if i didn't defoliate, it would be a huge mess. I don't know if I can scrog auto's, never did it.
@Jeff78, you might be right, but I'm looking at trichomes and they all white and milky. She looks almost ready now, so I'm going to feed her for another week and see how she looks. New picture will be here on Thursday, so stay tuned :)
@MapleLeafGrower, I'm still trying to find out what I did right :D I'm guessing it was Advanced nutrients and watering every single day since it's in coco. Just show her lots of love and she will pay back. Good luck to you and thank you
