It could have been a ph issue or a genetic trait. My first thought was heat stress but at 72 degrees you wouldn’t or shouldn’t experience that. Anyways good luck on your grow!
If you get yourself ppm/ec meter you would probably find that your water/nutes mixture is too rich.
You can see that leaves are dark green.
Wavy sometimes is due to over watering.
Lower the nutes and water only when pot is dry and light weight
Hi there! Looks like you over-watered your plants. Next time try to decrease your amount of water and those wavy leaves are going to step up and shine again! Happy growing!
Hey there I saw you mention the nuts that grew? Are you referring to the large bulging bubbles near the base of the stalk where the other leaves begin? Ive had that with several of mine if so and I think it more just a bulge not actually sex related. I too have my strawberry plant with unusual leaf and growth patterns, I think she just happens to be the oddball seed, she has items in her that the breeders attempt to force out over constant genetic selection, the recessive traits..its so strange she's like the ugly duckling if any plant could be.
Happy growing
I read up on the monster cropping and very interesting stuff...maybe a bit brave for me as of yet. Lol
@Experimentgreen, Yeah th bulges lol it’s def not sex related from what I’ve seen, I think you’re right with it being the odd ball seed. Thanks for info :) and yeah it is intimidating, but why not try it with a lower branch that won’t produce much buds anyway I’ll def be doing it with the CC and SLH as an experiment! Cheers!
The plants are looking great! I think you're right about the one being behind due to the solo cup, I had a plant in a small cup that seemed slowed after a certain point and as soon as it was transplanted it was amazing the pace it took off at. Great job so far. I hope they all keep doing so spectacular!
@Experimentgreen, from what I’ve found from other grows and talking to the seed bank that I got these from, Canuck cookies can be green with purple throughout the plant or could stay full green. I’ve also seen online completely purple plants so who knows! Right now it has purple streaks throughout, while the other two are completely green so I’m wondering if it’s the genetics? Because Cal meg is fine so I’m pretty excited to see the progression! Canuck was transplanted yesterday and already showed signs of a reestablished root base by end of night. Hopping to top by end of week :)
@JTKush92, that's a really cool cross, does it have any interesting traits? Like colors and what not? I saw a guys Durban poison diary and as the video progressed into harvest time the plants and leaves had turned a stunning orange.
@Experimentgreen, ok ok the cookies will be transplanted and then I’ll top it :) the easy is an auto so it will stay in that pot! Also the canuk cookies is Og kush x Durban poison hopefully it’s going to be good!! Thank you!
@PharmaZ, yeah it was about three weeks when it started showing signs of flowering. I was thinking it’s root bound because I went to see if it needed water and the soil was one giant sponge it felt like. And I swiped my finger 3-4 times and roots were only a few cm below the top of the soil. So that’s why I assumed root bound.
@JTKush92, yes that can happen, I’ve had autoflowers start flowering in the 3rd week from seed. So unless you can visually see the roots wrapping round the pot when you take it out its not rootbound...
@JTKush92, makes sense, with autos it’s the perfect way to force flower.
Have you lifted out of the pot? She’s in flower so this is when the stretch should start, if it does at all.
Just noticed your in coco you should be PH to 5.8 everytime. Do not treat coco like soil the coco should always be moist before the next watering. You have root problems from imbalance in PH,
Soils can be buffered to maintain a stable PH.
I’d just count it as a knowledge grow for autos. Next time use a 3 gal if your using coco it’s more than enough providing you have a healthy plant of course.✌️🏻
@JTKush92 Hi there! Looks like you over-watered your plants. Next time try to decrease your amount of water and those wavy leaves are going to step up and shine again! Happy growing! 👊
@JTKush92,Hi there.as i lokked at the pictures the plats seem to have quite green leaves. that shows they get a lot of nitrogen. u are using go-thrive and calmag both got a lot nitrogen. the effect of an nitrogen excess shows up days later.. be careful greetings and happy growing
@CRiSPrGrow, thanks man it was a project my buddy and I were working on. Worst thing to come home to after a vacation but still have the three so I’m alright 😄 cheers!
@ChefDan420, thanks man! First time topping and training usually we let them do their own thing but I decided to try my luck at training and I’m surprised!!

Where are the cookies? Please don’t think I’m busting balls in any way other than good fun, cuz while I’m no proponent of the making up a new name every time a plant grows, I know it’s fun to re-name a strain every generation just for the hell of it. I enjoy both the parent strains. And I enjoy my friends to our north, as I suspect canuk is based.
Best wishes for a great harvest
@growdoctordc, honestly not sure. I had the same question lol I think it’s their custom strain so they named it that, I would have went with OG Poison or something lol Canuk Seeds is based in Canada and the UK.
Hey man regarding the cc- purple is not a huge deal, I really never saw much during my grow, deficiency probably, early in the grow cc is needy but gets strong and robust! Also at first the fan leaves will not be a complete mature fan leaf, not to worry! Trim the dead stuff and keep an eye on nutrients :)
Echoing the sentiments of all above. Our neighbours are cool so better not have any 5-0 issues with ours (if we do you’ll see a full grown man cry for sure). Feel for ya dude but best of luck with this for sure! Lookn good! 😉👍👊
It is stretching now I’ve noticed significant growth since over night.
But basically like you said it’s a learning experience. I’ve only ever grown by throwing seeds outside and letting them go this is first time caring for them and free seeds so can’t complain!
Thank you! It’s under a single t5 right now but goes outside in greenhouse during the day. My 2ft 4 bulb T5 light will arrive this week and replace the single!. Also in process of building grow shed. Should be fun :)
