Kelp Meal (1 Tbsp) was insufficient or not yet broken down,
or perhaps the plant consumed it’s nuts and still doesn’t have ‘enough.’ 

I topped once, and then trained the resulting 8 nodes outwards to the edge of the pot. Black Strap recovered quickly after topping, remiained flexible for training, and is one of the easiest grows I've had.
