Girl Scout Cookies - my first Autos

Socalbudz This is my first run in autoflower seeds. 3 out of 3 seeds germinated using the water cup method. I planted them in Fox Farm Ocean Forest and they sprouted from the soil after about a day and a half. They're under 24 hour light and will be moved outside when they get a little bigger.

Socalbudz It's been a slow start but the last 2 days have shown the most growth. I should be able to transplant in a few days into their final 5 gallon pots.

Socalbudz Plants have been transplanted into 5 gallon smart pots three days ago moved outside. Today I started adding Fox Farm Grow Big at 1/4 strength.

Socalbudz I began some light LST this week. This week has shown the most growth increase, probably due to the art of nutrients last week. All three plants are looking good.

Socalbudz I've continued to LST this week and new shoots have been popping up. I went out today to take pics and was surprised to see flowering has begun

Socalbudz More branches are starting to bud and white hairs are becoming more visible. I may try to pollinate one of the buds with pollen from my last grow to get a new strain.

Socalbudz Flowering is in full force. Pistols shooting up everywhere. I pollinated one bud with pollen from my last grow, Puna Orange. All three plants are doing great for the short amount of light they get.

Socalbudz Buds are starting to fatten up a bit and leaves are getting frosty. Vertical growth continues as well. Plants are healthy overall and hopefully just a few more weeks until harvest.

Socalbudz Bottom leaves are yellowing a bit and noticing some browning on a few sugar leaves. Temps have been really hot so I put them in the shade for the day. All pistils are orange/brown so I'm beginning flush today. Going to check the trichs this weekend. Hopefully a week or two left to go

Socalbudz After a big heat wave, the plants were very burnt and I had to harvest them early. As I was trimming, I found a bunch of caterpillars. I wasn't able to give too much attention to this grow so the result was pretty bad. I was only able to salvage a few buds from 2 of the plants and threw out the 3rd. I won't do another grow until I'm able to dedicate more time to it. I'll need to invest in some pest control next round. I happy with how quickly these were progressing and probably wouldve had a really good harvest had I given them more care. I'm still looking forward to testing out the buds and can't wait to start a new batch of these
