I started these 2 ladies as an experiment to find out how auto's would go up here in Nth Queensland. Autumn/winter. The ladies popped up nice so I put them into pots if Canna and no feed as yet I'll be giving them food a bit later but so far so good.
Except I forgot to label them so I don't know which is which but no real big deal.
The ladies are looking ok so far. I've just been feeding them a bit of seasol (seaweed fertilizer) and they seem to be liking it. I'll be spreading 1/4 of a tspn of GP Backcountry grow around the edges and let it do it's thing.
Well all seems to be going lovely. I've gave the girls their 2nd feed of Green Planet backcountry grow 1/4 tspn around the edges of the pots. I think that'll be the last time as i notice a pistil on one of them. Man they grow quickly.
Wow and here I was thinking they'll be smaller bcoz it's getting cooler but these 2 are just kicking along just fine. I think the one with the lighter crown might be the white widow and the other sticky fingers*love the name*. So they've have just started to show little tips now so on Monday I'll be giving them 1/8 tsp of backcountry grow and 1/8 backcountry bloom and go from there. Using Green planet backcountry nutes has been easy so far and they look lovely and green and full of life. I've been watering at ph 6 and with 1ml per litre seasol..Canna terra pro and seasol go together quite well.
I'm loving these 2 ladies. Strong growth and fast..I've done nothing but feed them a bit and water and in general keep them safe..they need bigger cages now so going to make bigger ones..
Ok so I have a White widow and a Sticky fingers but I don't know which is which but my guess is the 1 with lots of pistols and stars(trichs) and big wide indica leaves esp the lower ones whereas the other one (Sticky fingers) seems to be more on the Sativa side but they both have Indica/Sativa traits which I also think is cool but wow it's a game trying to tell what's what..anyway 1st day of winter and the nights are getting cooler which i hoped for, being that I'm really hoping to maybe see some colors in the ladies and if not that's fine theres always next year to try something different. I really just wanted to see if autos would be ok up here in autumn/winter and yep I can. So I can pretty much grow all year round and that's just sweet..
The ladies are looking great. I'm over the moon about growing auto's especially now I know it can be done pretty much anytime in Qld Aust. I started these 2 on green planet backcountry nutrients and it's easy to use but I think I could have up'd the dose a bit but that's learning hey..I will say they both are living up to my nickname (Sticky) 🤣 I'm so looking forward to the next couple of weeks, it's starting to get a little cold now winter has started but the only thing I've noticed is maybe a slow in growth but that could be anything. Happy growing guys and dolls.
The ladies are putting on weight now , they are both beautiful and smell lovely and getting so frosty especially the Sticky fingers. I'm noticing the 1st lot of orange/red hairs coming out in them. I love the way they just pop out buds under buds and then more buds for such little girls they love a flower bud..so do I 😎 such a pleasure to grow..This is for me the most stressful part being that I'm constantly worrying about someone pinching them when I'm not home but besides that all is well. Peace love and lotsa buds people.
Ok what a week! I had to chop the top off my sticky fingers, she was getting annoyed by white fly thingies so they are not getting her. I looked after the lower part of her bcoz I could get in between the buds so none there now. I'm just glad we've made it this far. So I noticed some dying off of fan leaves now on both ladies and they both smell to high heaven and getting so fat they are..yum😀 so I think I'm going to give them another week or two and see how it goes. Oh yeah forgot to mention it's been getting nice and cold at night now winter is here which I've noticed the girls quite like, it's made the sparkle 🤣. And definitely an indica and a sativa dominance with each one. Peace love and lotsa buds guys and dolls.
They're getting nice and fat now and I think I'll be chopping them soon. Well definitely the short sticky fingers. The ww looks like it could go another week but in saying that I don't want to over grow them either. They smell so beautiful and a very indica smell to them..A real pleasure to grow..
Ok with sticky fingers i would have given all stars being that she was a pleasure to grow but my only bad is that she got 2 male flowers at around week 7 but I am happy besides that one thing and I saw them quickly so no mad seed problems. Thanks to y'all for checking out my grow hey. Peace love and lotsa buds guys and dolls.
I can only say good things about white widow autoflower from seedstockers mainly because I have only grown 3 autoflowers previously and they grew pretty much the same but the main difference I noticed was the actual potency of the pot and seedstockers white widow and sticky fingers both beat my Gorilla glue from my last grow which I didn't expect but in saying that anything with a decent kick could have beat them. For some reason indica's and me have a funny relationship so I tend to lean to sativas but thought I'd give indicas a go and I'll keep trying until I find her 👍😂😎 Peace love and lotsa buds people.
