June 27: After a rough start, starting to look a lot better and roots getting established. I was hoping for more veg time before flowering but lot of new growth this week and some initial flower development. Weaker smell vs adjacent varieties, bur this one have some great color.
Purple calyxes showing. Watered in thoroughly. Temps expected 35-40C this weekπ₯.

Nice plants. Bud washing is mostly a rinse in dilute hydrogen peroxide. Works, but later the buds might dry more quickly than youβre used to.

@NorthernChemist, I forget what I used but it was what is recommended in a YouTube video by Jorge Cervantes. @Dalemac usually does a bud wash and he shows how to do it in at least one of his outdoor diaries.
