The B.Gum showed some kind of nematode infestation in soil, I guessed it in the last watering, the plant slowed the water absortion but the upper part was completly fine, it was a Bradysia infestation, I used potash soap with half dosage of neem I used a nebulizer on top of soil (more or less 75ml) I added a fine layer of neem cake on top and I let the soil dry to reduce in 2 ways the egg eclosion and to kill the larvae. the other ones are fine and keep flowering as expected.
