Wedding cake bag seed

Germinated 5 seeds all were successful popped from 7th-15th, I waited until all were ready and potted all on 15th , only 2 were successful sprouting-Queen (the first one to pop with a huge thick tap root ) and shock ( the smallest tap root ) , both sprouted on 17th , so I chucked them on the windowsil in the sun and saw green after 2 days and the beginnings of leaves. So now I start to have some faith in these bag seeds watching the girls grow i realised the shells were stuck on the leaves of both or was i trying to rush the process?. I decided to wait it out so over the next 2 days i realised they were going nowhere and these were so spindly and weak i ended up gently picking the shell off and by this point i now realise that these are not going ok and the weather had taken a turn for the worst so on 23rd they started under a 600w hid light in theyre nice new tent ( which I do not like and will not be lasting this full grow) , after a few hours under the light they were looking a little less happy i know the soil level has a big part to play with the stretching but I didn't want to fuss with them so that was tuff so I popped a toothpick or 2 in each pot to point the girls in the right direction but not give enough stability so they can hold weight .
