Your on the right track. With LST you want to expose lower parts of the plant by moving taller parts out of the way so they get exposure to more light just like your doing.👍

Okay, so I restarted with growing and training her. I put her under the SOG net. She has gotten so big since I started over from training her!!

Hey mate,
Shes looking good. The dark leaves suggest too much nitrogen. You want to reduce that quite a fair amount. They are really dark and shiny.
