Started with a yard of compost added 18 pounds bio-live, 10 pounds One Shot, 35 pounds worm castings, 10 pounds azomite powder, and home made bokashi bran. Chicken shit/straw from over winter covered the spots that will contain my plants. With some being left to cook under my compost pile with bokashi since March. Added azos, mycos, and oregonism xl to the holes and to the root balls. Boogie Brew filter for the hose that will eventually connect to an irrigation system. And will hand water with recharge occasionally. With 2 actual compost teas and 2 top dressings planned. There will be 45 in the ground and 5 in pots when I finish. Only have 20 out of the way so far. This heat is a beast....can't wait til fall😁😁😁

Excuse the mess but the area is still under construction. Still gotta plant the 10 in the greenhouse and lay the stones. Irrigation is the next step then will have everything in place. 10 autos otw that have to be planted and 3 new strains from a swap and I'll be done. As of now 33 in the ground, 10 in gal pots waiting to go into the greenhouse, and 5 in 7 gal plastic pots.

Everything planted except my 4 newbies (platinum gelato x2, garlic storm x1) and the 10 for the greenhouse. Waiting for 9 more autos as well. Everything is getting dark and growing well. These crazy ass storms didn't hurt anything and the greenhouse didn't budge😁. Hope to have everything settled and irrigation put in by Monday.

Finally got everything planted. Ground and pots. Had to add a few from the PEV contest and 3 from a clone swap. Now I can finally get around to putting in the irrigation and getting my indoor planted. Everything starting to take off😁

Finally got everything planted in my diy super/living soil. Ended up with 55 plants of 10 strains. Still have to hook up my irrigation system and put the finishing touches on a couple spots but thank god I'm done. Just in time to put my 16 indoors. Still waiting on 10 autos but losing hope that they will come in time. Damn oriental beetles are everywhere. I still prefer them to the nightmare grasshoppers from last year Planning on doing a top dress next week sometime and another at the beginning of flower but other then that going water only.

Been having crazy rain lately but everything looks good. The 2 Cindy 99s are getting huge. I wish that I could've started everything at the same time but o well. Got distracted finishing up my indoor but now that that's out of the way I can get back 2 it. Irrigation is still on the to do list lol.

Rain has been doin most of the watering for me, so it's been an easy couple weeks😁. Just got the weed whacker fixed so Itll be easier to clean out some of my space. Oriental and japanese beetles are being a pain. I got praying mantis eggs but they haven't hatched yet, so it shouldn't be a problem for much longer. Ordered a triple pack of 50 million of the 3 species of nems offered by Nature's Good Guys. Hope they take care of anything that's not supposed to be there. Waiting for the 1st week of August to give em all a good/first/final top dressing. Damn I can't wait for fall.

i dont have specific experience with that one but i did use several spinny trimmers before and they do work okay, but you "can tell" it's been used. i tried using the Trimbag also, which is a bit more complicated to use. basically my best advice for you is to use those sort of machines after some drying but not completely dried. like 60%or a bit more RH on the buds before you trim them. hope this helps ! 🚀

look on youtube at DIY trimmers like roberts says you need to spend money to make jobs easier or you may have the stuff already lying around who knows I do know old vacuum cleaners that use a bag can be used to trim dry buds. tumbelers are also a thing you can make but i would always advise hand trimming but yeah not gunna be practicable for you lol

They knock off HEAPS of trichomes and are quite savage. Buy some spring loaded clippers and don't try to do the whole lot at once. Trimming yourself is all part of the experience of growing. You can store your buds untrimmed and only dry trim as/when you need it.

They are all getting huge😁😁😁...compared to last year I'm seeing about a 25% size increase per plant. That even though I was 1-3 weeks behind on getting them in the ground. Still something like 7-14 days left of veg so that percentage might go up....started my pre flower trim up today. It's a little earlier then I would like but I have alot to do so it is what it is to get done on time. Gonna top dress them all with a mix of my leftover supersoil and Dr. Earth flower girl around the 1st of the month then will do a last top dress with just flower girl around the 1st of September...has been an extremely easy run so far🤞🤞🤞 2 damn groundhogs are tearing up my back 9 especially the smaller Cindy 99.S

And the stretch has begun 🙂🙂🙂. Been goin thru trimmin them up for the start of flower. I did a pretty good job timing it out this year thank god.🙏...gave them all a top dressing of a little over a half cup of flower girl and a big shovel full of the compost/chicken shit/straw/leftover dirt from the initial transplant in June that has been composting under a tarp...one more top dressing around the 1st of pure flower girl/ one shot and that'll be all on the nutes for the season.🙂 Much easier so far then last year and each plant is 25% bigger then the plants from last year😁🤞. The fight against the groundhogs continues😡😡😡...I've used smoke bombs, set traps, put out soap, used a ghost pepper/garlic puree mix around each plant and no luck so far. Caught a raccoon and an opossum the last 2 nights, but no damn groundhogs 🤦. I set the trap out again, cleared out the areas where the holes were, and sprayed my plants with an em-5 mixture that was heavy on the hot peppers and garlic.🤞 For the morning. Gotta stop being lazy and put together the irrigation system lol...been 2 months and it's still on the to do list. Got too comfy just spraying em everyday, but that def won't work during flower. Ordered the hose so it'll only take bout $30 in PVC and it's done.

Still stretching, but I think it's about done😁. Plant for plant they are much bigger then last year's batch👍. The groundhogs could change that, but for now they are bigger.😞🤦...I just reset the live trap but it's been coming up empty since I got the opossum like 4 days ago. The rain and humidity are starting to worry me but I think I'll make it thru pm free. Stopped using neem 2 weeks ago, IPM will be em-5, em-1, and green clean in rotation. Will probably get 1 more spray of each in then will stop spraying all together. I gotta stop spraying the foliage while watering, so I'll finally get my irrigation system in sometime this week. Damn groundhogs are public enemy number one. They have moved on from focusing on the Cindy 99 to all of em in the back ditch. Live trap comin up empty. Smoke bombs( gopher bombs) didn't work. Lighting underground fires in the little cave didn't work, and neither did moth balls. I dunno what else to do besides covering holes and keep trying to smoke em out. 😡😡😡😡

Not much to report. We still in the stretch getting bigger daily by a noticable amount. Haven't had to do much lately. Will top dress again on the 1st, and water as necessary. With the rain we have been getting, I haven't even had to do the watering part. We get rain bout every 2 days which is just about what I'd be doing anyways. Haven't sprayed with anything but em5 to guard against pm and as a repellent. Do that once a week, but even that wu have to be cut soon... damn groundrats are the only issue over here. Found a new hole last night so the smoke obviously didn't work. They have almost killed my plant in that back corner. I think it's a member but I'd have to check. Either way they have just about won that fight. Gonna start back using the 1000 watt light in the greenhouse on shitty days like today. Interested to see if there's an effect on yield or quality. The weather is just about at the point where I can put the walls back up and not worry about overheating. When I get to that point I'll have about a month to experiment with all that.🤞.

The girls are lovin' life. I think the stretch is just about done🤞😁. Time to watch these sexy beasts start to stack. Should be a pretty sight. One more top dressing to go around the 1st. Not much to report tho. This crazy ass heat and humidity tried to trip me up but I'm pm free so far. Yard already smells. This is gonna get crazy hahaha.

Either I jumped the gun on when the stretch started or they stretching for 4 full weeks because I'm still seeing noticable height gains in most of the plants. Buds are putting on weight and I'm starting to stink up the neighborhood 😁. Giving the girls the final top dressing today then it's just water til chop (maybe 1 more recharge feeding haven't decided yet). The groundhogs are still around they just won't go away or go in my traps. Can't wait til October😁😁😁

Getting bigger and stankier everyday. I'm loving it rn. got a dog to help secure the crop now.😁😁😁. Still coasting on autopilot so far. Damn Can't wait. Nothing really to report. The dumbass Michigan weather has brought on the fall colors in a hurry. I think I'll be able to get thru the harvest b4 the shitty rainy fall weather hits. I guess that's the silver lining lol.

The storm last night made a mess😞. I didn't realize how dense these buds all were. I got sum work to do to get them put back together but o well I'm even more pumped now. Got my whole yard funky now lol. Interested to see if they still gain more size or just ripen from here. Gonna need mad bamboo to tie all this shit up. I dunno if they will need to go all the way to October 14 like last year.🤷. We will see

The weather gave em all a beating. The worst is over and There was only a couple of actual breaks thank god. The dog is still causing the most problems. It def looks worse then it actually is. The buds are like rocks for the most part😁😁😁. Im so sticky from tying branches. Will probably take about a week to get back to 90% prestorm status, the rest will be a loss. I'm not complaining tho, and feel like an ass even ventn a little. That last hurricane gave the homie a complete loss, so I'll take out little punkass rain/wind and keep it moving with a smile. 😁. Back to work with the finish line in sight.👊👊👊🤞🤞🤞. Nomore then a month and it'll be all worth it. Almost forgot to mention: seeing the first signs of pm. With how the weather has been, I'll take that as a win. Will just let it ride and get it with the end wash unless it gets out of control. No bud rot, but I have had 3 of the little green caterpillars that make it look like you have bud rot. Will probably get atleast one more greenhouse of the same size. It makes the summer a little more challenging but it earned it's worth in the spring and again; ver the last 3 days.

Will be given em the chop in about a week😁😁😁. They all stink so good. My buddy at the grow shop across the street says that's all u can smell over there. I think I'm gonna get another greenhouse for next year. Gets hot during the peak of summer but they earn their money in spring and fall.

Last pics before chop...I don't know where I'm gonna fit all this sht lol...my original plan is just about full lol. There's alot more out there than last year so my planning ain't gonna hold up. I can fill up my 10*10 and start to trim the buds off the stems to dry on "shelves". If I have to I'll get get a tarp to cover the greenhouse and hang some in there.🤷 Gonna play it by ear....good problems are still problems tho

Got them all off the wood and into totes finally. There's sooo much work to be done its crazy. Haven't got a weight on it yet but looks like 40ish pounds I'd guess. Lost a nice bit to bud rot but still made a nice harvest. Yet to get it down to final form and not looking forward to doin it either😞. Gotta get this trimmer asap.
