Week 13. Plants loved the addition of bat guano to their worm tea regimens. Thinking about bumping them up to 2x a week tea. My first leaves turned yellow they were some of the oldest so no concern yet. Overall they look happy aside from the heatwave this week. Day 2 of 100 plus but no signs of wilt.

Heat wave got them Willy one day for a couple hours but they bounced back. Still no call on the big one. It just does not want to show. Shy I guess

We are well into a heatwave but the girls have adjusted. There are only 3 left as the big one was a male. Preflowers are forming everywhere. Should be by next week that we get flower clusters. Smells are starting to stir and the early mornings waters are paying off. Till next time

Flowers are being made. Getting some yellow leaves I think it was from overwatering during heat wave but I’ve scaled back on water and the trees look happy.

Girls are doing great. Finally got out of the 100’s. No major issues but I’m trying to bring ph down by using cottonseed meal. I’m in 25 gallon pots and added 2 teaspoons. It seems to have lowered by .1. If anybody has advice on getting it down I’d love to hear it. Was thinking about adding compost to top layer. Just gonna wait it out till October.

Got my ph down to 7.0 and watering at 6.0 trying to lower the ph even more. Slow and steady wins the race. I believe the cotton seed mea is doing its job as a week ago I could not get it below 7.5. Now even when almost dry I am at 7. Buds are starting to get frosty and this week I added auroral innovations terp tea bloom to my tea regimens only going to do it once a week for 2 more weeks and then hit it with some iguana juice. Let’s see what happens. It’s time for all the fun to start.

One of my girls has a bunch of powdery mildew so I gave her a hair cut but all in all they are getting thicker. Lots of crowns. Sugar is coming in slow and I am going to start to double up on their food for the next 2 weeks to push them into flower production.

I need help. The last pic was my least healthy plant. Powdery mildew. I am not over watering due to heat I’ve been at 3.5 gallons but soil is dry every morning. I’ve cut her bald she will prolly stress out. Every day more white. Should I just kill it and preserve the other 2 or keep fighting.

Try 40% parts homogenized milk to 60 parts water and spray affected areas and repeat as necessary. Cheers

Mildew as subsided. Catapiller invasion has slowed with BT. 8 days of good weather and the girls are getting fat. Used to grow indoors and I did well but these hairs are longer and fatter than anything I grew personally. Heat wave is coming back but I still got 2 days of good weather. Thinking I’ll be ready with at least 1 by the next full moon.

Cut down half of one of The girls BT did not do a great job this go round or I got it on there Too late. Caterpillars were laying waste to her so I cut the tops off and they are hanging- the other two plants have faired better with the caterpillars and are getting thicker and thicker- I am looking to harvest in 20 days so This will be the last tea feed and water for the rest of the time- its a living soil so There will be no Flush, Enjoy the pics.

Catipiller problems cause early harvest. Here is a picture. Syrian has great potential but them darn bugs are a headache and caused so much loss. Baccilus thurengenisus did not fare well against these guys. They just kept eating and not dying. Good news is that I am super cropping and the ones still on the plant have bounced back and are kicking
