May 14-May 21
Popped up! Can you spot it in the first photo?
Watered lightly in a.m. and at night.
Germinated May 11.
Planted May 13.
Germinated using wet paper towel method.
Planted in a 5lb cloth pot.
Soil is a 75% Pro-Mix HP Biofungicide Mycorrhizae and 25% Nature's Living Soil Autoflower mix.
June 18 - June 25
Switched to 12/12 for flowering on June 19.
It has become extremely lanky in just the last five days, with sparse, thin leaves. (see last photo)
Flowering sites look very healthy.
Would love to hear some ideas on what could be causing this stretching.
Switched to 12/12 late?
June 25 - July 2
Seems like the stretching has mostly stopped and it's filling out now. Terminal bud looking very sacred.
Trying really hard to keep it around 68 degrees with a humidity of 50 or below.
July 2 - July 9
Switched from 5gal cloth pot to 7gal.
Filled in with Happy Frog soil.
Administered PH down. PH currently sits around 6.8.
Goal will be around 6.2.
Tied down the terminal bud, which was 34.5" last week.
Now the rest of the branches are hitting 35"
Lots and lots of flower sites. Will be interesting to see how this shapes up.
July 16 - July 23
Tied it down and there it shall remain until harvest on August 1. It's in the hands of something else now.
July 22 -- Flushed the plant with around 20 gal of fresh water. No more nutrients until harvest.
We're harvesting August 1 to clear space for the other plants.
Think the unnatural state is probably a mix of bad seed + not changing to 12/12 until a week after it started flowering. First auto flower mistake.
I have looked high and low on the internet and have never seen another plant that looks quite this...odd. Anybody else?
July 23 - July 30
While we weren't paying attention, ol Mutant went and fattened up on us a bit. Still not a single amber trichome. So maybe she'll live a little longer.
