So I am trying to Manifold another Gorrilla Girl XL auto from Sweet Seeds. The last one started flowering about 48 hours before I could get the final toppings completed. I am going to tweak a few things with this one and see if I can make it happen. I also get a new light in the mail last week from ViparSpectra., it is called an XS2000 and it is 240 Watts. I have no experience with these lights whatsoever, so I am excited to test this one out and see how she performs. I also love the dimmer knob so I can use this light from Veg all the way through flower. I started her off in a paper towel and just transplanted her to a solo cup. Thank you for stopping by, be safe and Blaze On!
This week went pretty good, still just feeding plain water every 2-3 days. I will be transplanting her to her final 3.8 gallon home sometime this week, maybe day 17 or so. I will try to get the first topping done by day 21 and then see what happens. Thanks for stopping by, be safe and blaze on!
This week went great, I was able to transplant her to her final 3.8 Gallon home on day 16, and I typically top for the first time around day 18 or 19, but I waited until day 21 this run to see if the extra 48 hours of root development can help her have a shorter downtime between the first and second set of toppings. I topped her today, and the two mains are already working on their 2nd node, so it should only hopefully be a couple days before I can top her again. Only other thing I really did this week was I set up a second reservoir outside my tent, so I now have one for Veg and Flower nutrients, instead of doing any hand watering, they will run automated for about 6 days or so. So far very happy with this ViparSpectra light, but the true test will be in flower. Thanks for stopping by all, enjoy the rest of your weekend and Blaze On!
This went well, I was out of town but she did fine while I was gone. Feeding twice per day and under a Viparspectra XS2000 for 18 hours. Excited to see how far she stretches....
This went pretty good, she doubled in height, and the pre flower stretch is on. I will switch to flower nutes once she stops growing vertically. I did very little LST on this one, and will pretty much let her go. She is loving this viparspectra so far, and excited to see how she finishes. Thanks for stopping by, be safe and blaze on!
This week went prettygood, she grew about 3 inches and is slowing down her vertical growth, I will keep an eye on her and switch to flowering nutes sometime this week. She seems green and happy so I'm just letting her do her thing....
This week went great, I transitioned her to flower nutrients as the vertical growth ended about day 45. She is just starting to smell and hoping them colas start stacking. I did some minor defoliation this week and thats about it. I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend, be safe and blaze on!
This week went very well, the Gorilla Girl Auto is still fattening up, and she smells absolutely Fruity and delicious. I don't think this will be a monster yielder, but I think the taste of the buds will be something I will totally enjoy. I did some minor defoliation this week, and just keep feeding her twice per day until run off. It took me a couple tries to be able to manifold this strain, but I believe the outcome will be worth it. Thanks for stopping by, I hope everyone enjoys their holiday weekend, be safe and Blaze On!!!
This week went very well. I switched over to ripening nutes and am keeping an eye on the trichomes and hoping to start flushing in the next couple days. She has 8 main colas and they are looking very dense, she smells like sweet fruit. Very excited to try her in about a month. Thanks for stopping by, be safe and blaze on!
I would not recommend this auto for Mainlining as she flowers fast. Not a monster yielder, but the buds are extremely dense, and smell like sweet fruit, I can't complain about the yield too much as she was seed to harvest in under 70 days....
Very beautiful dense and fruity smelling buds. This strain is definitely not something I recommend for mainlining, as she wants to flower very fast! It took me a couple tries to build a manifold out of her, but the buds are sooo dense and fruity smelling, the pictures really don't do them justice. She is definitely not a huge yielder, as I only got 41.9 zips wet, but I will be satisfied with 8-9 zips in 69 days if the buds taste anything like they smell. She is definitely a big feeder, and absolutely covered in trichomes. I will post a final dry weight and smoke report in a few weeks, thanks for stopping by, enjoy your weekend, and Blaze On!!!
@Nordynllc, yeah this is my first time testing one so we will see what happens, i have only used Mars Hydro primarily, and a spider farmer for 🌱 seedlings....
@JamMAKEcan, That's awesome brother, do you like it? I hear they make pretty good lights....Best luck with your Alien Candy Bro, I hope she grows STRONG 💪 and FAST!!! 🙏
@Cannabeast40, Thanks Brother, this is my second try with this one, she started flowering last time before I could get my final toppings in, hopefully I learned something and can make it happen!
