@@KC_Rosin, When you say you defoliate in week six… how many leaves do you remove + - off each plant at a time? My ladies need a bit of defoliating but I am a little scared to shock her during flower and interrupt her progress.

@Odin9, 40% 30" is what I started with. I've been going harder and harder each grow but I do know 40% at 30" works great for veg
