We begin flushing, she’s almost ready, a lot of cloudy trichs and a really strange smell that reminds me old school weed and coffee aroma.

Elgar, seems that there are some issues here. The weird leaves IMO are caused by cold temperatures, can't exclude mites infestation. Also you are doing pretty high with nutes, be careful, she is on the edge of a nutes burn. Better ti check te soil parameters

If it wasn't pollination, then either heat and humidity or spraying in sun or pH huge imbalance . Only in those situations pistils from white quickly shrinks, get brown or diminish other way ...
