I got these clones, Well It was not planned so I welcomed it in a rush.
This is my first growing but I have read a lot a lot so I hope it'll help. Frankly I didn't like these to much because of the long stem before the first nod but won't complain this was a nice gift. I hoped they will survive. Got 4 and unfortunately one died on day 4.
I don't have propragator small greehouse, I don't have lights yet, so it is under a chinese led bulb with red blue ir and uv led. The box says 50w but I assume it must be less like always.

PoisonIvy Well, as you can see the roots pop out, as I don't like the roots to much in the air I assume it was the time to soil it, then I put it in small pot 10cmx10cmx11cm with light mix. I'll wait few days for the soil roots to fit and the soil to be more dry for the first little nutrient.

Well, I decided to cut the appex 3days ago if I remember well. I will let the girls to developped lower branch slowly and then train them with wire. It is still under the cheap light, but in about a week or two I'll place then under a quantum board 60w 5000k. I think they'll enjoy the switch.
I watered them 6days ago and the soil is still well wet, I think I'll water again in 3days with clean water this time no nutrient. (1/2 the vendors said)

PoisonIvy Well, the 2girls are now in 3liters pots. The plants are very bushy I changed the light for a 5000k I think they'll like the new light.
Update : well, as I will veg for 30 more days and I have a box height just 140cm I decided to top some apex to expand the canopy and have more cola and control the height. Hope it will do the job (sort of mainlining i suppose)

Well this is 5 weeks of life for my plants. True 21days of veg (since roots)
As you can see on the last pictures of weeks 4 I have topped 6 apex. I think i am now more for a mainlining than SCROG or both I don't know as it's my first grow.
I think I'll put a net during the stretch and do my best to organise the space and canopy =)
As I leave in a trip, the plants will have almost more a month in veg before flowering, I don't know how to manage that my box is only 140cm height maybe i'll be fucked I'll see.

Will transplant them in smartpot 15liters in about 2weeks (currently in platic 3liters) Then will have to wait 2mores weeks because I'll no be there then going in bloom at the first week of july =)
Update : The plants going to well and high to fast, I decided to top them, so I removed 16 new apexs, I will ends with x2 apex (32) and I think the plants have enought time to recover (3weeks in veg)

Ok I was away in hollidays for 3weeks, and something terrible happened. My plant stretch alone by itself, when i was back the bow was fill with long useless stem. The compact short node plant was an old memories so sad...
I have only 5foot height box so I took scissors and cut all the apex and long stem, I cutted almost 40apexs I was forced to, unfortunately..
So I let them 4days to recover and now I switch for the bloom =)

Well the bloom continue. I am infested with bugs (thrips). I will nuke them very soon. Otherwise anything seems to be fine. I don't really know as it's my first grow =)
I have to water them each 48h, I would have prefered 72h but can"t. Also I give nutrient all the time, maybe I'll be 2nutrient/1water ? Don't want to burn them.

Hi everyone, well this is the end of this run. What to say about the liberty haze. Well it took 83days to get almost all clear trichomes, but no amber yet. The plant responded well to the mainlining and mutiple toping. With that it stretched x3 in height. I've got the sativa pheno if it can help other grower to estimate the growing time. Concerning to potency and the hield, This run was made in a small area and during a very hot summer. So I can say the plant responded well to this stress. I didn't expected such big colas so nice surprise. It seem at the very end, some parts of the plants turned to purple. I am also a begginer with nutrient, and the plant accepted it nicely without burn.
Strong fresh grapefruit/lime smell.

Hi, when curing leave the buds to dry until outsides of the buds feel dry and small stems snap and don't make 'strings' then place in a jar and in the beginning open up to twice or three times a day for 30 mins to an hour. Each time you open the jars and feel if outside of buds feel soft and moist again. if the buds are still dry when you open the jar leave it closed for a longer period of time. repeat this process of letting the bud 'soak in its own moisture and letting it dry a little and slowly the smell will develop more and more. After a week or two you should be able to leave the jars closed permanently to prevent dry bud.

Itโs an hybrid, you can tell by the leaves, and as it is from Barneyโs Farm the strain has been stabilized by skilled hands and shows the 2 characteristic of the parents.
Proper Sativaโs leaves or more thin and delicate.

@@PoisonIvy,i would personally do a small scrog set up when go flower and can control canopy better spread out and if start too bush can even do second level to keep under control . ๐will know better closer time switch over and once stretch comes ๐i have a scrog over my hawain wave strain as was almost hit top tent one point -all good now . Looking good off to great start ๐๐

I hope because I chopped them hard before the bloom, the stretch will not be violent because I don"t have much height space in my small tent !

Why are you worried about senescence at this point and time? There are studies that say cytokinin prevents that but I would be worried more about using up leftover phosphorus at this time. Those girls are looking amazing btw!!

I think two plants with veg like i did is the absolut maximum for my grow space as it is very crowded there =)
Since the last picture was taken I did my best to move the apex when necessary to have an even canopy =)
Today I also removed some suckers inside the net, will update pictures soon

You have to back time the flush from harvest date. And as you are inexperienced, youโre doing your best to calculate that. Makes sense.
But you were also advised that each pheno could vary. Sativas can go a really long time, and you donโt want to stop feeding her too early.
Get a digital microscope for $40. Youโve spent a lot so far. You need this tool to protect your investment. When the trichomes appear two weeks from correct, flush.

I'm still new myself :) But make sure you grab a jewelers loop or a hand held microscope to keep an eye on trichomes, if you haven't already. Flush schedule sounds right to me about 2 weeks out. If they aren't ready at 75 days just keep up with water.This is the part were patience if a virtue and a curse lol
