Description:
An Indica-dominant hybrid that can reach up to 130cm, skillfully selected and bred to offer growers of any level the top-quality traits that made its parents so popular in California; This high yielder can produce up to 550gr/m2 in just under 65 days, making it ideal for those who are looking for high-quality buds in a relatively short amount of time. You can expect a delightful and flavorful blend of aromas that thanks to the impressive 26% THC results in a cerebral high that hits you between the eyes and slowly turns into a strong corporal relaxation.
Bud description: The buds grow denser than most Indica-dominant hybrids, they develop a pointy almost spear-shaped appearance and swollen calyxes with a few thin light-orange hairs spaced out around them and a thick layer of resin all over the buds that give them a whitish-green color. Youโll see a lot of sugar leaves with piles of trichomes that give you an idea of what to expect even before harvesting, meaning that this strain hits hard and itโs suited for the most demanding consumers.
Smoke report: Forbidden Runtz Auto provides an overall balanced effect; Expect a slightly stronger corporal high that wonโt leave you couch-locked at first, letting you laugh and enjoy its Sativa heritage before leaving you melting in the nearest couch, taking all physical pain and worries away. A marvelous effect if you are looking for a complete effect suited to go out with friends or do your chores and watch your favorite movie or series on the couch after the day is over.
Plant appearance: Look forward to a main stem that can reach an average of 130cm surrounded by several long and thick side branches that can get almost as big as the main cola. A truly bushy variety that wonโt be afraid to show its hybrid vigor. This strain grows large fan leaves with several thin fingers out of every internode, where youโll also see rounded golf ball-sized nugs developing, finishing with an obelisk-shaped main bud at the top. An extraordinary yielder that will reward you with up to 550gr/m2 of high-quality buds, the perfect choice for extractors seeking a first-rate resin producer.
Grow tips: We highly recommend using a SCRoG net or bamboo stakes to provide support for the branches due to the dense buds that may end being too heavy for the branches to withstand. Due to the bushy foliage, we suggest performing LST techniques such as tying down the branches or slightly defoliating if youโre experienced enough, this way you allow the light to reach deeper and provide a better airflow in between the buds, thus increasing yields, and preventing mold and bugs. Remember to flush thoroughly one week before harvesting to make sure the true flavors and aromas come out during the curing process.
Flavor: On the inhale, this strain offers that notorious forbidden fruit flavor but with an unusual mix of fruity and sweet flavors, and a touch of earthy terps, resulting in a creamy and pleasant smooth smoke which slowly turns into a distinct almost candy-like flavor with citrusy undertones that leaves your mouth with a delicious aftertaste. An ideal choice for smokers who enjoy strains that keep you guessing with every hit.

WEEKLY UPDATES:
8/16- Week Six here we go...Time to figure out what's going on with this lady who has not, as yet, begun flowering! ๐ง
I'm actually beginning to wonder whether or not I may have possibly gotten tags switched when I was initially germinating this run. I had eight photoperiods and six autoflowers germinating at the same time and had a couple of seeds fail to germinate, two of which were the Forbidden Runtz auto and a Humboldt Seeds Amherst Sour Diesel photoperiod. Now I'm wondering if the Runtz is actually the ASD??? I'm going to give her a really close inspection to try to determine what's going on but, from past experience, when you have an 'auto' that's not into flower by Day 36 the odds are that either you fck'd up and mixed up your seeds, or it's a genetic deal expressing the dormant photoperiod traits of one of its parents.
If it does turn out that either of the above scenarios holds true, I'll continue to veg her under 19/5, Defoliate and possibly do some HST on her and then move her to the 4x8 with the photoperiods that are on 12/12 to begin flowering... We'll have to wait and see! ๐
Daily watering continues with the usual of 1g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.5 @74โ to which I added 5ml/g of Botanicare CalMag+ which is a must use when growing in Coco Coir. ๐๐๐ผ
8/18- Still no sign of flower! ๐ง
I'm continuing to give her the daily usual of 1g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @74โ to which I added 5ml/g of Botanicare CalMag+.
The UnitFarm lights are now at 22-24" above canopy and are really doing surprisingly well! Tent temp's are still maxing out at 81โ as our weather is still in the 90's ๐ฌ
8/20- She's looking like a champ, although I'd really be thrilled to be able to say that she's in flower...But she's not as of yet.
Yesterday, she recieved 0.5g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @74โ with 3ml/g of Botanicare CalMag+ which she's enjoying daily.
Today she got 0.5g of fresh Compost Tea that brewed for 24hrs. that should give the microbial colony in her medium a nice boost!
8/22- Well with six weeks of growth on this girl and no sign of flower yet...we've got a problem Houston!
I'm going to move her into the 4x8 with the photoperiod's that are under a 12/12 flower cycle to see if my suspicions of her being a photo, not an auto (inadvertently mixed up tags during germination) are founded. A week or two under 12/12 should tell the tale and get her into flowering, regardless of whether she's a stubborn autoflower or a photoperiod.
Her daily watering of 0.75g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @74โ continues as her 4g pot will suck up that gallon quickly!
Onward to Week Six where hopefully we'll see some action from this girl! ๐คฉ๐
~Thanks for stopping in! Things should be getting a lot more interesting in the coming weeks...Stay lifted and be Blessed! ๐๐~
@MrHightimes, Very observant ๐ง LOL! I keep forgetting to update the tag. The first one I tried to germinate failed, thus the discrepancy in dates. Thanks for the reminder! ๐๐๐ผ๐
@MrHightimes, I had some Humboldt Amherst Sour Diesel that I wanted to have in this run... 3 of 5 failed so I said F it and moved on! Fails sometimes happen but really suck the big one when like the whole batch ya have bombs!
@MrHightimes, IKR...slight possibility that during germinating the tags were mixed between it and a photoperiod, which would explain the lack of flower... ๐ฎ
