You can expect a delightful and flavorful blend of aromas that thanks to the impressive 26% THC results in a cerebral high that hits you between the eyes and slowly turns into a strong corporal relaxation. Bud description: The buds grow denser than most Indica-dominant hybrids, they develop a pointy almost spear-shaped appearance and swollen calyxes with a few thin light-orange hairs spaced out around them and a thick layer of resin all over the buds that give them a whitish-green color. You’ll see a lot of sugar leaves with piles of trichomes that give you an idea of what to expect even before harvesting, meaning that this strain hits hard and it’s suited for the most demanding consumers. Smoke report: Forbidden Runtz Auto provides an overall balanced effect; Expect a slightly stronger corporal high that won’t leave you couch-locked at first, letting you laugh and enjoy its Sativa heritage before leaving you melting in the nearest couch, taking all physical pain and worries away. A marvelous effect if you are looking for a complete effect suited to go out with friends or do your chores and watch your favorite movie or series on the couch after the day is over. Plant appearance: Look forward to a main stem that can reach an average of 130cm surrounded by several long and thick side branches that can get almost as big as the main cola. A truly bushy variety that won’t be afraid to show its hybrid vigor. This strain grows large fan leaves with several thin fingers out of every internode, where you’ll also see rounded golf ball-sized nugs developing, finishing with an obelisk-shaped main bud at the top. An extraordinary yielder that will reward you with up to 550gr/m2 of high-quality buds, the perfect choice for extractors seeking a first-rate resin producer. Grow tips: We highly recommend using a SCRoG net or bamboo stakes to provide support for the branches due to the dense buds that may end being too heavy for the branches to withstand. Due to the bushy foliage, we suggest performing LST techniques such as tying down the branches or slightly defoliating if you’re experienced enough, this way you allow the light to reach deeper and provide a better airflow in between the buds, thus increasing yields, and preventing mold and bugs. Remember to flush thoroughly one week before harvesting to make sure the true flavors and aromas come out during the curing process. Flavor: On the inhale, this strain offers that notorious forbidden fruit flavor but with an unusual mix of fruity and sweet flavors, and a touch of earthy terps, resulting in a creamy and pleasant smooth smoke which slowly turns into a distinct almost candy-like flavor with citrusy undertones that leaves your mouth with a delicious aftertaste. An ideal choice for smokers who enjoy strains that keep you guessing with every hit. *Above strain info credit to FastBuds ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ THE SETUP: ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with de-chlorinated water with SuperThrive added then ph'd to 6.0 @ 80℉ ~Grown 100% organic in 10g fabric pots with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium amended with 2tbs/g of Down To Earth 4-4-4 / 2 cups/g of Earthworm Castings / 1tbs/g of Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4, 1tbs/g of Dr. Earth Bat Guano, 3/4 cup of Down To Earth Azomite and 1 tsp/g Down To Earth Fish Bone Meal. ~24hr light cycle during Germination / 19/5 light cycle for Vegetation and 12/12 for Flower ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and weekly Compost Tea's. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ WEEKLY UPDATES: 7/10- I tried a different approach to germinating this girl. I used Jiffy peat pellets which I soaked in de-chlorinated water that I added 0.25 tsp/g of SuperThrive to and then ph'd the solution to 6.0 @ 80℉, after which I placed the seed directly into the pellet and placed it in a covered germination tray. I kept the temperature in the tray at 80℉ with a RH of 92% and crossed my fingers! 🤞🏼 After having the first two seeds fail, today the third attempt was successful and she broke ground! 7/11- Whoo Hoo! Day One for this girl. I'll keep her in the covered tray until she sprouts her first 'real' leaves, then move her out and under the UnitFarm UFS3000 200w LED that I'm using for germination. 7/12- Today I added 2ml/g of Botanicare CalMag+ to her water as I've found through experience that with coco and especially LED lights, CalMag is necessary. She's looking really healthy, with good color and vigor and is approximately 2" tall now with her first set of 'true' leaves fully developed, the second set on its way and all of the new growth is looking normal! 💚 7/13- Today I checked on her and observed that she had roots sticking out of the peat pellet already. I went ahead and planted her into her 5g fabric pot filled with pre-amended coco/perlite. Before placing her into the pre-moistened medium, I coated the damp peat pellet with Xtreme Gardening's Myco's Root Enhancer and sprinkled some into the hole she was placed in. After planting her, I lightly watered her in with a couple of ounces of de-chlorinated water with 1 tbsp/g unsulfured molasses added and then ph'd to 6.2 @ 78℉, then placed her in the tent under the UnitFarm UFS3000 LED light. 7/14- She continues to do well. All I did today was check to see that her medium remains moist, not wet, and the tent environment remains constant. Our weather has cooled off for a couple of days so I've had to adjust the exhaust fan in the tent to keep the temp's up around 80℉. 7/17- My daily routine continues with checking her medium to make sure that it never dries out completely, but stays just moist enough to allow the microbial life to continue to flourish. When I do water her, she receives straight water that is ph'd between 6.0-6.3 @ 74℉ with a 0.2 EC. ~Thanks for stopping in! Things should be getting a lot more interesting in the coming weeks...Stay lifted and be Blessed! 😎🙏~

The daily routine of watering her with de-chlorinated straight water ph'd to 6.2-6.5 @ 74℉ continues. She's got great color and remains healthy with a noticeable increase in her growth starting to occur. 7/21- I'm checking her 4g pot twice daily, lifting it to check its weight to see if she needs water, and watering her with de-chlorinated straight water ph'd to 6.2-6.5 @ 74℉. She's very healthy and starting to increase her growth rate now and is up to 4.5" tall. I anticipate her really starting to get going her over the next week! 🤩 7/23- The little Runtz is on a mission now! She's healthy, has great color and vigor! I brewed up a batch of Compost Tea and gave her 0.5g of it today which should give the microbial life a kick in the butt for sure! 7/25- I'm continuing with checking her 4g pot twice daily, lifting it to check its weight to see if she needs water, and watering her with de-chlorinated straight water ph'd to 6.2-6.5 @ 74℉. She's very healthy and starting to increase her growth rate now and is up to almost 7" tall. This week I'll be giving her a top dress of slow release organic dry amendments @ 2 tbsp/g consisting of Dr. Earth Premium Gold 4-4-4 and Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 in a 40/60 ratio respectively. I'll also add 2 tbsp each of Down to Earth Bat Guano and Bio-Fish, topping it all off with 1 cup of worm castings, after which I'll water it in with straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.2-6.5 @ 74℉. ~Thanks for stopping in! This girl's shaping up to be one epic autoflower with the size, growth and overall health & vigor to back it up! I have both UnitFarm LED's fired up now (560w at the wall total) and have them hung @ 30" above canopy and she appears to be loving it! 😍💚 I went ahead and top dressed her today with 2 tbsp/g of Dr. 7/28- Her growth and excellent health continue. She has great color and some really tight node spacing. I'm guessing that she's not going to be the tallest girl but, from past experience, there's no doubt she'll look phenomenal when all is said and done....We'll have to wait and see! I'm watering her from the bottom, pouring her water into her drip tray under her 4g pot, allowing her to draw the water up into the medium. I like this method for a couple of reasons... First, it keeps shit simple and second, it keeps the top 1/2" of medium dry which just about eliminates any worries of Fungus Gnats (I can't stand those little bastardo's). She recieved 0.5g of de-chlorinated water with 5ml/g of Botanicare CalMag+ added then ph'd to 6.2 @ 74℉ which I then poured into her drip pan. Within 5 minutes the 0.5 was all absorbed...perfect! 7/30- The Forbidden Runtz from FastBuds is on a roll! She's got abundant growth, albeit not the tallest plant, great color and is about a week or so from going into flower now. She's getting watered every other day now with 0.5g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.2 @ 72℉. I'm alternating the way I water, between pouring it into her drip pan and letting her draw it up into her pot, and from the top with the goal being to keep her medium moist but not wet. This will provide the ideal environment for all the beneficial mycorrhiza and bacteria which are feeding her! 8/1- Well Week Three is in the rear view mirror and my girl is starting to really come into her own! She's got really tight node spacing and is extremely bushy. I do expect her to start stretching this week in her transition to flowering which is coming! Her color remains fantastic along with her health! I'm continuing to water her daily with 0.5g of de-chlorinated water that is ph'd to 6.3-6.5 @ 74℉ I'm also looking her over throughout the day, tucking shade leaves out of the way of flower sites to ensure that they get plenty of light. I have refrained from removing any shade leaves or topping her to avoid causing any undue stress to her. The only training she's recieved is some LST which continues as well. Today I went ahead and gave her some Compost Tea that I began brewing 72hrs. ago to give the microbial colony a 'Happy Hour' on the house! ~Thanks for stopping in! Things should be getting a lot more interesting in the coming weeks...Stay lifted and be Blessed! 😎🙏~

She's incredibly bushy, although not very tall and is looking absolutely fantastic! After giving her a good drink of Compost Tea yesterday, today she received her regular watering of 0.5g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.3 @ 74℉ 8/4- Now that my girl is getting bigger above and below, her appetite and thirst have dramatically increased. Her growth continues with awesome color and vigor... She's looking like a Rockstar! I've increased her regular watering to 0.75g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.3 @ 74℉ once a day now to keep her from drying out (disadvantage of smaller fabric pots... Frequent watering's). 8/6- This girl's on fire! Four weeks old and she's looking spectacular with great color, health and she's sprouting new growth all over! Because she has such tight node spacing I had no choice but to remove a few shade leaves that refused to be tucked away anymore. Doing this really opened up her center allowing much better light penetration into her. Her twice daily watering's of 0.5g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.3-6.5 @ 72-74℉ continue along with constant tucking of shade leaves to maximize light penetration from the UnitFarm UF4000. I'm brewing up some Compost Tea that she'll be getting when it's done. I'll also top dress her before her tea with some Down To Earth Bio-Fish which will give her a boost of P & K. 8/8- Daily watering of 0.75g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.3-6.5 @ 72-74℉ continues, although today her water was substituted for some freshly brewed Compost Tea which she received 0.5g. I went ahead and removed four of the biggest shade leaves that were blocking all the light from her center shoots. Now the light penetration is excellent! ~Thanks for stopping in! Things should be getting a lot more interesting in the coming weeks...Stay lifted and be Blessed! 😎🙏~

________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ WEEKLY UPDATES: 8/9- Here we go into Week Five from seed and she's putting out new growth like crazy...but not really getting taller, just bushier! Yesterday she recieved 0.5g of Compost Tea with another 0.25g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.5 @74℉ . My daily routine with her consists of watering her at 'lights on', turning her pot, tucking away fan leaves to increase light penetration and watering again 4 hours before 'lights out' which seems to be ideal for her at this time. I have both UnitFarm lights on and hung approx. 24-26" above the canopy. Tent temp's are stable @ 80-81℉ with the lights on and 74-75℉ when they're off. RH is @ 50%. 8/11- OMG this girl's looking like a future ROCKSTAR!🤩 Her tremendous foliage growth continues although she's not really getting any taller. Her health and color remain on point and I still see no signs of her beginning to flower. I'm hoping that she'll stretch some going into flower, otherwise she'll end up under a foot high and super bushy! I'm continuing with her daily watering with 0.75g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.5 @74℉. Today I did add 3ml/g of Botanicare CalMag+ with she gets three times a week through veg and halfway thru flower (really hard to give too much with coco). 8/13- Friday the 13th and there's no bad luck for this girl! Her rapid growth continues and she's remaining very healthy... No sign of flowering yet! 🧐 I'm brewing up some Compost Tea for her this weekend and she'll be getting top dressed soon! Daily watering continues with the usual of 1g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.5 @74℉. 8/15- Well, Week Five is in the books and my girl's looking fabulous! She recieved a top dressing of 1 cup of worm castings, 5 tbsp of 3-9-4 Dr. Earth Flower Girl, 3 tbsp of Down To Earth Bio-Fish and 1 tbsp of Down To Earth Fish Bone Meal which I watered in with 0.5g of Compost Tea that was at 1000ppm's which should hold her until her last feeding which will be in roughly three weeks. ~Thanks for stopping in! Things should be getting a lot more interesting in the coming weeks...Stay lifted and be Blessed! 😎🙏~

I had eight photoperiods and six autoflowers germinating at the same time and had a couple of seeds fail to germinate, two of which were the Forbidden Runtz auto and a Humboldt Seeds Amherst Sour Diesel photoperiod. Now I'm wondering if the Runtz is actually the ASD??? I'm going to give her a really close inspection to try to determine what's going on but, from past experience, when you have an 'auto' that's not into flower by Day 36 the odds are that either you fck'd up and mixed up your seeds, or it's a genetic deal expressing the dormant photoperiod traits of one of its parents. If it does turn out that either of the above scenarios holds true, I'll continue to veg her under 19/5, Defoliate and possibly do some HST on her and then move her to the 4x8 with the photoperiods that are on 12/12 to begin flowering... We'll have to wait and see! 😁 Daily watering continues with the usual of 1g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.5 @74℉ to which I added 5ml/g of Botanicare CalMag+ which is a must use when growing in Coco Coir. 😎👍🏼 8/18- Still no sign of flower! 🧐 I'm continuing to give her the daily usual of 1g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @74℉ to which I added 5ml/g of Botanicare CalMag+. The UnitFarm lights are now at 22-24" above canopy and are really doing surprisingly well! Tent temp's are still maxing out at 81℉ as our weather is still in the 90's 😬 8/20- She's looking like a champ, although I'd really be thrilled to be able to say that she's in flower...But she's not as of yet. Yesterday, she recieved 0.5g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @74℉ with 3ml/g of Botanicare CalMag+ which she's enjoying daily. Today she got 0.5g of fresh Compost Tea that brewed for 24hrs. that should give the microbial colony in her medium a nice boost! 8/22- Well with six weeks of growth on this girl and no sign of flower yet...we've got a problem Houston! I'm going to move her into the 4x8 with the photoperiod's that are under a 12/12 flower cycle to see if my suspicions of her being a photo, not an auto (inadvertently mixed up tags during germination) are founded. A week or two under 12/12 should tell the tale and get her into flowering, regardless of whether she's a stubborn autoflower or a photoperiod. Her daily watering of 0.75g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @74℉ continues as her 4g pot will suck up that gallon quickly! Onward to Week Six where hopefully we'll see some action from this girl! 🤩💚 ~Thanks for stopping in! Things should be getting a lot more interesting in the coming weeks...Stay lifted and be Blessed! 😎🙏~

With six weeks of growth behind her now I'd have expected her to be flowering if she was an autoflower, so she's either stubborn as hell or a photo. I'm continuing with her daily watering of 1g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @74℉ and am turning her pot 1/4 turn daily as well to give her full exposure to the light. 8-25- My girl is going into flower mode now and she's starting to stretch as well! Now we'll see exactly what this girl is...Forbidden Runtz auto or Amherst Sour Diesel photoperiod...time will tell! I've cut the light cycle back to 11/13 now and have the HLG 650R set at 600w at the wall. The co2 controller is now set to 1200ppm with a 100ppm window. Temp's and RH remain on point. Daily watering's of 0.75g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @74℉ continue and this weekend I'm going to have to do a leaf strip to thin her out. 8/27- Well, based on how she is reacting to the 11/13 light cycle I'm going to treat her like she's a photoperiod entering into flower. Today I'll lollypop and defoliate her to open up her bushy butt, give her a good drink and see how she reacts over the next few days. I'm kinda hoping that this was a mix-up on my part, and that she's actually one of the Humboldt Seeds Amherst Sour Diesel's that I tried unsuccessfully to germinate (or so I thought) as I was really looking forward to running it for the first time. If she does turn out to be an ASD, she's not going to be very big unless she puts on a MEGA stretch...We'll see! 🧐💚 8/29- Still waiting for her to really kick into flower. It seems as she has just 'drug her feet' since sprouting, never in a hurry to go! Yesterday she received 1g of diluted Compost Tea that started at 1200ppm and, after dilution 700ppm which was at 6.6ph. This time for my tea I used... In the bag:1cup Worm Castings-1cup Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 amendment-1cup Down To Earth high phosphorous Bat Guano-1/4cup Down To Earth Humic Acid- 1/2cup Down To Earth Azomite. In the 5g of de-chlorinated water: 5tsp Unsulfured Black Strap Molasses-1tbsp. Xtreme Gardening MYCOS-1/2cup liquid Seaweed/Kelp. I also defoliated the shit out of her to direct all her energy into the top of her where it counts! In a week you won't be able to tell I did anything. Hopefully, soon she'll get her act together and start showing her stuff!!!😛 ~Thanks for stopping in! Things should be getting a lot more interesting in the coming weeks...Stay lifted and be Blessed! 😎🙏~

She's got her first major defoliation and she's starting to stretch finally. Still wondering exactly what strain she is... I've went ahead and LST'd her, using Engineering Essentials Training Clips to position her branches to get maximum light penetration down into the canopy which is working great! Daily watering's continue with 0.75g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @74℉ 9/1- Today was 'Top Dress' day! I used 1/2 cup Down To Earth Bio-Fish / 1/2 cup Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 / 1/4 cup Down To Earth Bat Guano and 1 cup of worm castings which I worked into the medium by hand and then watered in with 1.5g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @74℉. She's looking fantastic going into Week Two of flower with abundant bud sites, great node spacing and phenomenal vigor! 9/3- Her flowers continue to develop beautifully with the ample light penetration from the HLG 650R which is now cranked up to max power (660W at the wall) and hung @ 34" above canopy. I have the co2 level up to 1200-1300ppm and she's showing zero signs of any light stress and is constantly 'praying'. The daily routine of watering with 0.75g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @74℉ continues and I'm thinking that she'll be ready for a defoliation some time next week which should have her GTG for possibly the remainder of the cycle! She's also fully recovered from the pretty intense LST she had done on her four days ago, with all of the branches that were drastically bent now turned up towards the light! 9/5- With a week of flower behind her now, she's looking epic! Extremely vigorous health, numerous bud sites and excellent structure (albeit she's not very tall) are all coming together to ensure a fabulously beautiful cultivar! I'm watering every other day now, or if her pot feels light. Watering's still consist of 0.75 of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.3-6.6 @72℉. I started a 5g batch of Compost Tea (1 1/2cup worm castings-1cup Alfalfa Meal-1/4cup Humic Acid-1/4cup Azomite- 1cup Flower Girl 3-9-4- 1cup Bat Guano / 1tsp/g Unsulfured Molasses-1/2cup Kelp Extract- 1/4cup Xtreme Gardening MYCOS) ) yesterday which I'll be giving her in place of her water today. ~Thanks for stopping in! Things should be getting a lot more interesting in the coming weeks...Stay lifted and be Blessed! 😎🙏~

Health, vigor and color all remain on point as well as the environmental conditions...and it really shows in her! Yesterday she recieved a healthy 0.5g drink of freshly brewed Compost Tea (1000ppm) that was given through the top and 0.25g of straight water in her drip pan, otherwise her watering's continue when she's light to lift with 0.75g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.7 @74℉ and also I'm turning her pot 1/4 turn daily as well. 9/8- The flowering is kicking into gear now and the trichome's are beginning to make an appearance! I'm continuing with watering her when she's light to lift with 0.75g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.3-6.5 @74℉ 9/10- My oh my this is one beautiful cultivar! The flowering continues on a fast pace with trichomes becoming more abundant by the day! I'm watering only when her pot is light when lifted, giving 1.5g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.3-6.6 @74℉ I'm brewing a batch of Compost Tea, of which she'll get 0.5g of tea and 0.5g of straight water tomorrow. The HLG 650R is set on max power now drawing 660w at the wall and I'm starting to add 4hrs. of additional UVA/UVB during the middle of the light cycle. Tent temp's are steady @ 80℉ when the light is on, 72℉ during the 13 hour dark period and the RH is @ 45%. 9/12- Daily maintenance has become relatively easy consisting of turning her pot 1/4 turn, doing a 'lift check' of her pot to determine if she needs a drink and some leaf tucking. Honestly, right now taking pic's and video's then editing them takes way more of my time than my work in the tent. I brewed up a batch of Compost Tea that finished with a 1200 EC, of which she received 0.75g yesterday. Her flower development continues with them putting on mass, stacking and cranking up their trichome production! ~Thanks for stopping in! Things should be getting a lot more interesting in the coming weeks...Stay lifted and be Blessed! 😎🙏~

She has really come along well! 😍 She was given Compost Tea yesterday and today was still fairly heavy so I skipped watering and just removed a few leaves to maintain light penetration, turned her pot and sat and chatted with her awhile! 9/15- Well she really must have liked that last batch of Compost Tea as she looks exceptionally vibrant today! She's continuing on her mission of stacking her flowers, which are developing beautifully and have a delicious sweet fruity aroma to them right now. I did not water yesterday, so today I watered with 0.75g of straight de-chlorinated water that was ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉ and rotated her pot... Damn she is looking great! 🤩💖 9/17- Yesterday I top dressed her with 1/4 cup of Down To Earth Bio-Fish then watered it in with 0.75g of straight de-chlorinated water that was ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉. Her flowering is continuing beautifully and she's smelling stronger every day it seems! I'm staying on top of tucking leaves blocking light and turning her pot daily as well. 9/19- Four weeks of flower on the books! We're almost halfway there now, she's stacking her flowers tightly going into Week Five and she's looking phenomenal! 🤩 When I watered her today I added 1 tbsp/g each of Kelp Extract and Fish Emulsion (both liquid) to the 0.75g of straight de-chlorinated water she received, which was ph'd to 6.2 @ 74℉. ~Thanks for stopping in! Today I watered her with 1.5g de-chlorinated water with 5ml/g of Botanicare CalMag+ added, then ph'd to 6.2 @ 72℉. I turned her pot and plucked a couple of yellow shade leaves...the basic daily maintenance. 9/22- I didn't water her yesterday as she looked great and was 'praying' hard. Today she was given 1.5g of de-chlorinated water which was ph'd to 6.2 @ 72℉ which I gave her through her drip pan (bottom chuggin) and I also gave her pot a turn. She continues to have a great deep green color that is beautifully contrasted by the snow white trichomes piling up on them! Her height has not really increased but she is extremely bushy with tight node spacing which will necessitate plucking some leaves to keep the light penetrating into her canopy. 9/24- We're getting close to wrapping up Week Five of flower in a couple of days and she'll be past the half-way point with the most exciting weeks yet to come! I didn't water yesterday and today I went ahead and Top Dressed her with 2 tbsp/g Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4, 1 tbsp/g Dr. Earth Gold Premium 4-4-4, 1/2 cup Down To Earth Bio-Fish, 1/3 cup Down To Earth High Phosphorus Bat Guano and 2 cups of Worm Castings. I watered in the Top Dress with 1.5g of de-chlorinated water which was ph'd to 6.2 @ 72℉ and let her enjoy her meal! 😜 9/26- After her heavy watering on the 24th I didn't water yesterday and when I checked her today at 'lights on' and she still had some weight to her pot and her leaves were praying hard so I held off on watering today and will hit her tomorrow with her usual 0.75g watering. ~Thanks for stopping in! She's looking good to go with her flowers stacking and her trichome production continuing to coat her flowers! Today she was given 0.75g of de-chlorinated water which was ph'd to 6.2 @ 72℉ which I gave her half through her drip pan (bottom chuggin), the remainder trough the medium. I also gave her pot a 1/4 turn. 9/29- Yesterday I didn't water her, only turned her pot and checked her over... Wow! She's really ramping up the trichomes making her flowers look like their sugar coated! 🤩 I watered her today with 0.75g of de-chlorinated water with 1 tsp of unsulfured molasses added which was then ph'd to 6.4 @ 72℉. The molasses will give the microbial colony some additional food as well as supplying micro-nutrients to the plant. I finished out the daily maintenance giving her a check over and turning her pot 1/4 turn to ensure she gets light to every inch of her. 10/1- Yesterday was a 'no water' day as her pot was still fairly heavy to lift. Today she was watered with her usual of 0.75g of de-chlorinated water which was ph'd to 6.2 @ 72℉. Her flowering continues to impress me with her trichome production covering her flowers with 'frost' she's a sight for sore eye's! 😍 At the end of next week we'll be over the halfway hump with six weeks of flowering behind her and only another 3-4 to go! 🤩 10/3- With Week Six coming to a close we've got another 3-4 weeks to go for this lady and she's looking to be right on track... Looking like a Rock Star! 🤩 I watered heavy yesterday and added 1 tsp/g of Unsulfured Molasses to the 1.0g of de-chlorinated water which was then ph'd to 6.6 @ 72℉. Her pot had some weight to it when I checked today so I'll skip watering her until tomorrow. I finished up today by checking her over and giving her pot a turn. ~Thanks for stopping in! Her flowers are continuing to bulk up and are covered in glistening trichomes. She appears to be just starting to fade which is exactly what I'm hoping to see, meaning that she's just about used up the nutrients in her medium and all she'll be getting is straight water from here on out. I watered today with 0.75g of de-chlorinated water which was then ph'd to 6.6 @ 72℉ turned her pot and shot a few pictures of her. 10/6- Today I watered her with 0.75g of her usual straight de-chlorinated water that's ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉ and turned her pot. She's definitely starting to fade, is still stacking her flowers, bulking up and has an incredible amount of trichomes which I'm beginning to monitor daily. 10/8- The routine of watering every other day continues like clockwork. Yesterday was a 'no water' day and I did a basic check over of the plant, removed a couple of yellowed lower leaves and turned her pot. Today she got the usual 0.75g of straight de-chlorinated water that's ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉ and had her pot turned. I've also begun to check her trichome development with a digital USB microscope to try to identify the ideal harvest time which will be in roughly two weeks +/- but you never know... It always pays to let the trichomes tell you when it's time to harvest, not the breeder as they are only giving an approximate time due to the numerous factors that can affect the time of harvest. 10/10- Well, Week Seven has come, gone and we're one week closer to this girl finishing up! She's so freaking frosty now and starting to fade that she'll be testing my patience this week! I know from experience, good things come to those who wait... then wait a bit more. I anticipate that she'll be ready by the end of next week but we'll monitor her trichomes and let them be the guide... I can't wait! 🤩 I've cut the wattage back on the HLG 650R to 500w at the wall now to simulate the way that sunshine becomes weaker as fall approaches due to the lower angle of the sun in the sky. This helps outdoor plants to know that winters on the way and they need to hurry up and complete their life cycle. Cutting the wattage back creates the same effect on the indoor plants, especially when coupled with lowered temperatures in the tent. I have also noticed that her water uptake has slowed. After her heavy watering on the 8th, her pot still had some weight to it and she was looking great so I went ahead and skipped watering her today, watering her tomorrow at lights on with her usual. Next week promises to be exciting so don't forget to check in! Harvest time is right around the corner and I'm getting stoked to see the results! 😎🙏💚 ~Thanks for stopping in! This epic run is in the home stretch with harvest fast approaching...Stay lifted and be Blessed! 😎🙏~

Here we go on our way to sticking a fork in this run! Her fade is in full swing and she's putting out trichomes like crazy! Hopefully by the end of this week she'll be hanging after she spends a couple of nights in the dark. I watered today using straight water that's ph'd to 6.5-6.7 @ 72℉. I gave her a 1g to keep her flush going and then turned her pot. Trichome status: 70% milky / 30% clear 10/13- I watered today with 0.75g of straight water that was ph'd to 6.5-6.7 @ 72℉ and gave her pot a turn. She's progressing in her fade and is still bulking up. Her trichomes aren't quite where I like them yet, so more than likely she'll be going in the dark by next weekend! She is one beautiful cultivar! 🤩💚 10/15- My routine of watering every other day continues. Yesterday I watered her with her usual 1.5g of straight de-chlorinated water that was ph'd to 6.5-6.7 @ 72℉ and gave her pot a turn. Today was just spent checking her over, turning her pot and doing a quick check of her trichomes which are close, but not quite ripe enough yet! 10/17- Wow!... Eight weeks of flower DONE! 😎👍 Now my sights are set on getting this girl finished up and on her way to 48 hours in the dark before she's hung to begin drying. I went ahead and watered her with her usual 0.75g of straight de-chlorinated water that was ph'd to 6.7 @ 72℉ and checked her trichomes, which are looking just about right! This journey is coming to a close in the next couple of weeks with her harvest, drying and trimming up. I so appreciate you following along with me , it's been a blast sharing with you all! 😎🙏 ~Thanks so much for checking out my diary! This epic run is in the home stretch with harvest fast approaching...Stay lifted and be Blessed! 😎🙏~ This week promises to be exciting so don't forget to check in! Harvest time will be here before you know it and I'm getting stoked to see the results! 😎🙏💚 ~Thanks for stopping in! This epic run is in the home stretch with harvest fast approaching...Stay lifted and be Blessed! 😎🙏~

This girl's going in the dark the day after tomorrow for 48 hours to get the most benefit of trichome production, then I'll be hanging her up for 10-12 days to dry before I trim and jar her! I'll be moving her to my dedicated drying room which is kept dark and I have full control over the environment. I'll have the RH set in the low 40% range and keep the temperature in the mid 60's℉. While she's in the dark I will continue to keep her hydrated with straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.7 @ 65-68℉ which will keep her metabolizing nutrients and producing trichomes while also, because of the cooler water, will trick her into thinking winter is on the way and make her really put out the trichomes! 10/20- Her trichomes are right where I like them to be, 90% milky with just a few amber and very little translucent ones left. I went ahead and watered her, then put her in the dark for 48-72 hours before I cut and hang her! 😎👍 10/22- It's that time again! Today I watered her and put my girl in the dark for 48-72 hours to boost her trichome production. I'll be cutting and hanging her this weekend and I can't wait for her to dry and get trimmed up to see the results...How about you? 🧐💚 10/24- Well our journey together is finally coming to a close! After spending 48 hours in the dark, I cut and hung her yesterday. She'll be spending the next approximately 8-10 days in the drying room. Temperatures in the room stay at a constant 64℉ with the RH @ 55-60% to ensure a nice slow drying which is key to getting a quality end result! 🔥🔥🔥 Stay tuned as next entry will be the harvest results that I'm anxious to see, as I'm sure you are too! 🧐 This journey is coming to a close and I'm getting stoked looking forward to her harvest, drying and trimming up. I so appreciate you following along with me , it's been an honor sharing with you all! Thank you and stay Blessed! 😎🙏

~HUMBOLDT SEEDS AMHERST SOUR DIESEL~ When I started this girl she was germinated along with 12 other seeds, four Auto's and Eight Photoperiods. During germination, I had a couple of seeds from both fail and had to replant. I originally thought she was one of my Auto's, but when after 30+ days from seeds she wasn't show any signs of flowering, I figured that two of the tags must have gotten switched some how. I had given up on germinating the ASD after 3 seeds failed to germinate but apparently the fourth one was 'the charm'! Once I put her on a flowering light cycle of 11/13 she immediately went into flower and never looked back, finishing up with some beautiful green buds with contrasting orange & golden hairs and a coating of white trichomes, that are rock hard and resin soaked! The Amherst Sour Diesel high as an immediate onset of a calming, energized, and euphoric cerebral head high with a slight buzz in the back of your head. These effects will leave you feeling social and upbeat, although your thoughts may be a bit jumbled. The insane head high is accompanied by a light functional body high with a warming sensation throughout and a feeling of relief. Due to these potent effects, Amherst Sour Diesel is an ideal strain for treating stress, depression, anxiety, and moderate pain. These medium-sized dense neon green nugs are furry, specked with amber and gold hairs, and caked in fine crystal trichomes. With a pungent fruity wood smell with a hint of diesel and a taste of pungent fruity wood, Amherst Sour Diesel will definitely please even the most discerning connoisseur with it's complex aroma and myriad of effects!

I had given up on germinating the ASD after 3 seeds failed to germinate but apparently the fourth one was 'the charm'! I moved her from my 'Autoflower' tent into my 4x8 'Photoperiod' tent with seven other ladies of various strains to keep her company under a 11/13 flowering light cycle under a HLG 650R with UVA bar and let her do her thing. She immediately went into flower within 48 hours and never looked back! Because she was originally thought to be an Auto she was planted into a 5g fabric pot so I never expected her to be a big cultivar and this held true with her only reaching 22" in height. She maintained great structure throughout flowering as a result of extensive LST, HST and Defoliation, developing several gorgeous cola's! She was extremely easy to cultivate, never showing any signs of deficiency's and I'd highly recommend this strain to anyone from beginners to seasoned experts. From the day she broke ground to when I trimmed and jarred her took 113 days and I'll cure her flowers for 4-6 weeks over which the terpene profile will mature and change. This is one of the most exciting parts to me as you finally get to see the results of all of the time and work you've put into the garden! I really enjoyed cultivating this strain for the first time and will be running it again sometime in the future I'm sure! 👍👍💚 ~💚Thank you so much for following along with me on this 'cannajourney' and I hope you enjoyed it as much as I. Grow strong and be Blessed! 😎🙏💚~

@MrHightimes, Very observant 🧐 LOL! I keep forgetting to update the tag. The first one I tried to germinate failed, thus the discrepancy in dates. Thanks for the reminder! 😎👍🏼💚

weird that it hasnt flowered. but look healthy AF!
TheCannaProphet
TheCannaProphetcommented4 years ago
@MrHightimes, IKR...slight possibility that during germinating the tags were mixed between it and a photoperiod, which would explain the lack of flower... 😮
