Description:
An Indica-dominant hybrid that can reach up to 130cm, skillfully selected and bred to offer growers of any level the top-quality traits that made its parents so popular in California; This high yielder can produce up to 550gr/m2 in just under 65 days, making it ideal for those who are looking for high-quality buds in a relatively short amount of time. You can expect a delightful and flavorful blend of aromas that thanks to the impressive 26% THC results in a cerebral high that hits you between the eyes and slowly turns into a strong corporal relaxation.
Bud description: The buds grow denser than most Indica-dominant hybrids, they develop a pointy almost spear-shaped appearance and swollen calyxes with a few thin light-orange hairs spaced out around them and a thick layer of resin all over the buds that give them a whitish-green color. Youโll see a lot of sugar leaves with piles of trichomes that give you an idea of what to expect even before harvesting, meaning that this strain hits hard and itโs suited for the most demanding consumers.
Smoke report: Forbidden Runtz Auto provides an overall balanced effect; Expect a slightly stronger corporal high that wonโt leave you couch-locked at first, letting you laugh and enjoy its Sativa heritage before leaving you melting in the nearest couch, taking all physical pain and worries away. A marvelous effect if you are looking for a complete effect suited to go out with friends or do your chores and watch your favorite movie or series on the couch after the day is over.
Plant appearance: Look forward to a main stem that can reach an average of 130cm surrounded by several long and thick side branches that can get almost as big as the main cola. A truly bushy variety that wonโt be afraid to show its hybrid vigor. This strain grows large fan leaves with several thin fingers out of every internode, where youโll also see rounded golf ball-sized nugs developing, finishing with an obelisk-shaped main bud at the top. An extraordinary yielder that will reward you with up to 550gr/m2 of high-quality buds, the perfect choice for extractors seeking a first-rate resin producer.
Grow tips: We highly recommend using a SCRoG net or bamboo stakes to provide support for the branches due to the dense buds that may end being too heavy for the branches to withstand. Due to the bushy foliage, we suggest performing LST techniques such as tying down the branches or slightly defoliating if youโre experienced enough, this way you allow the light to reach deeper and provide a better airflow in between the buds, thus increasing yields, and preventing mold and bugs. Remember to flush thoroughly one week before harvesting to make sure the true flavors and aromas come out during the curing process.
Flavor: On the inhale, this strain offers that notorious forbidden fruit flavor but with an unusual mix of fruity and sweet flavors, and a touch of earthy terps, resulting in a creamy and pleasant smooth smoke which slowly turns into a distinct almost candy-like flavor with citrusy undertones that leaves your mouth with a delicious aftertaste. An ideal choice for smokers who enjoy strains that keep you guessing with every hit.

WEEKLY UPDATES:
8/23- Here we go into Week Seven of and I made the decision to move her into the 4x8 with my photoperiod's that are on a 12/12 flowering cycle which should get her in gear!
With six weeks of growth behind her now I'd have expected her to be flowering if she was an autoflower, so she's either stubborn as hell or a photo.
I'm continuing with her daily watering of 1g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @74โ and am turning her pot 1/4 turn daily as well to give her full exposure to the light.
8-25- My girl is going into flower mode now and she's starting to stretch as well! Now we'll see exactly what this girl is...Forbidden Runtz auto or Amherst Sour Diesel photoperiod...time will tell!
I've cut the light cycle back to 11/13 now and have the HLG 650R set at 600w at the wall. The co2 controller is now set to 1200ppm with a 100ppm window. Temp's and RH remain on point.
Daily watering's of 0.75g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @74โ continue and this weekend I'm going to have to do a leaf strip to thin her out.
8/27- Well, based on how she is reacting to the 11/13 light cycle I'm going to treat her like she's a photoperiod entering into flower. Today I'll lollypop and defoliate her to open up her bushy butt, give her a good drink and see how she reacts over the next few days.
I'm kinda hoping that this was a mix-up on my part, and that she's actually one of the Humboldt Seeds Amherst Sour Diesel's that I tried unsuccessfully to germinate (or so I thought) as I was really looking forward to running it for the first time. If she does turn out to be an ASD, she's not going to be very big unless she puts on a MEGA stretch...We'll see! ๐ง๐
8/29- Still waiting for her to really kick into flower. It seems as she has just 'drug her feet' since sprouting, never in a hurry to go!
Yesterday she received 1g of diluted Compost Tea that started at 1200ppm and, after dilution 700ppm which was at 6.6ph. This time for my tea I used... In the bag:1cup Worm Castings-1cup Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 amendment-1cup Down To Earth high phosphorous Bat Guano-1/4cup Down To Earth Humic Acid- 1/2cup Down To Earth Azomite. In the 5g of de-chlorinated water: 5tsp Unsulfured Black Strap Molasses-1tbsp. Xtreme Gardening MYCOS-1/2cup liquid Seaweed/Kelp.
I also defoliated the shit out of her to direct all her energy into the top of her where it counts! In a week you won't be able to tell I did anything. Hopefully, soon she'll get her act together and start showing her stuff!!!๐
~Thanks for stopping in! Things should be getting a lot more interesting in the coming weeks...Stay lifted and be Blessed! ๐๐~
@MrHightimes, Very observant ๐ง LOL! I keep forgetting to update the tag. The first one I tried to germinate failed, thus the discrepancy in dates. Thanks for the reminder! ๐๐๐ผ๐
@MrHightimes, I had some Humboldt Amherst Sour Diesel that I wanted to have in this run... 3 of 5 failed so I said F it and moved on! Fails sometimes happen but really suck the big one when like the whole batch ya have bombs!
@MrHightimes, IKR...slight possibility that during germinating the tags were mixed between it and a photoperiod, which would explain the lack of flower... ๐ฎ
