@Dean1, Yeah it started taking off and doing well. But it happens with Regular seeds. I'll keep the project going until I find a good pheno I want to keep.

It could be root rot if you have over watered and not dried it out properly I used H202 liquid oxygen and it killed the root rot it’s only cheap about £5 could be worth try

@Dean1, I'll have to try this out. Thanks for the advice. I'm definitely thinking it's a root problem. This soil doesn't seem to he draining like it should.
