Found a single branch that was accidently super cropped, propped it up knuckle formed almost overnight.
The smallest one was left for dead from my brother. I shoved her in regular dirt and tossed in some myco and super thrive(I know but this was extreme case) brought her back just to see how effective the AN are in inert soil without perlite. It was a fast rebound but the damage was done already. Lucky if it dries to an eighth but it cost me.nothing it gets scraps of bloom feed from autopounder.
Everything seems to be running smoothly even upping the feed to about 33ml bloom and 22 ml calmag. I had pests for a half a day until I found a mother spider and her eggs hatched. Eliminated everything within two days no issues since. 3 gallons in @ 6.5 and 600 ppm. So far I have only had to supplement light 3 hours each morning then out in direct sun at a crazy 350k lux. They love it. Autopounder is very close and oh so frosty. Nothing beats straight sunshine!
Strong week of growing. Smoke and clouds forced me to supplement two days this week with HLG and uva lamp. Expecting the feed and water to reach 2 days max for next 2 weeks and taper off around then going back to 4-5 days to dry as plant edges toward end of cycle.
Well right on cue a mishap flaps it's way into my grow. Thrips. Yeah those. Whole neighbourhood got em. Caught it and overkilled the sticky strips seems to have helped and I am confident I can keep em down for last 2-3 weeks. Been a long time since I seen em so at first I thought uv was too close but it wasn't. Rotten little Bugs.
Thrips seem to be under control. Trimmingoff damaged leaves every other day combined with shaking and application of about 15 yellow and blue sticky traps in one 5 gallon pot do haha. They did hit her hard but luckily I kept on it investigating. It feels good having confidence in your ability to navigate the rapids that is growing. No matter how well one plans and executes x factors always pop up on the best of growers. Love the process, Love the hobby. I suspect it may need another week beyond her target time due to stress she went through with the thrip infestation.
Is this TMV? It has 6.5 ph in and temps remained within normal parameters. Had thrips infest. Mostly gone no real new activity but I think I got Tobacco Mosiac Virus. Never seen it myself before just wondering if I am correct.

I just checked my min max gauge and it dipped below 15 in the shed lastnight and I think it may be phosphorus deficency due to temperature drop. I haven't seen it manifest like that but it sure seems like it. Bring it in at night now seeing as temps plummted.
Yeah, low temps will quickly turn your plant different colors -- dark purple / red etc. Will look like fall... for same reasons.
it is related to how it impacts nutrients, but you want to fix the environment as opposed to changing nute mix. 18C is borderline... some strains may still turn at this temp too. Once it starts going, it doesn't take many nights to speed up.
good idea bringing it in... will be a hassle of course... late in flower can just live with it if you want. Usually get soem pretty pictures t the least, lol.
The advertised bloom periods are almost always a fib. plus, about a week give or take just based on personal preferences. (about comment from diary) Definitely experiment with different points of harvest window. use trichome coloration as guide. Get a 30-60x jewler's loupe or currency checker etc... build up familiarity.
@Kitties_and_Colas, yes she did spread out nice and flat. Hoping she eats up the next few weeks of sun. On rainy days I just started supplementing light via HLG 550 ECO maxed out at 24 inches. During veg I didn't care so much plus we had 3 weeks of 28-38 only 3 days at 38.
@JamMAKEcan, thanks man. Did a bunch of outdoor as a teen but I've learned alot more than I thought I knew at 15 lol. I grow indoor winter and outdoor summer. Should have regular journals. First grow of fall in White Widow x Big Bud.
