Another week down. I believe I stopped the grow big to early and it showed. Should have continued it into week 5 and 6. Interveinal chlorosis. I think it was lacking nitrogen, zinc and iron. pH in the soil was a bit low as well so on day 47 I ran enough water through them to runoff about 20% to wash away some salts and correct pH. I know to do a proper flush for a 5 gallon pot I would need to run 15 gallons through but at the moment I just don't want to deal with 45 gallons lol. Only fed once this week. They will get a good feeding on day 50. Learning a lot!!
Picture of just the leaf is 11 days old. Thought maybe I was over watering it and I've only been watered it twice in a week about a cup each. spots are on it now. Temps have been mid 70s and humidty mid 60s. Picture of the smaller plant is about a week younger than other plant.
I think they will be fine. Make sure your water is pH'ed correctly and I usually water just 1/2 cup every 3-4 days for the first couple weeks. By week 2-3 I start upping it to 3/4-1 cup. My understanding is, during the seedling stage the plants need the moisture in the air to grow and only a little in the soil. It is easy to drown the roots (deprive of oxygen) at this very early stage. They are trying to get established and can't handle a lot of water while first developing.
Anyone know what deficiency this is? All 3 plants that are flowering have the same issue. Seems to be interveinal chlorosis that is starting from new leaves at top going down. They are 40 days old.
They say that when you get a deficiency at the beginning of flower, it could be a potassium deficiency. That usually affects older leaves first though. Is your light too close? Cuz yellowing tips can be light burn. Light burn and potassium deficiency look a lot alike. Hope that helped.
They may need extra cal-mag from now on. I noticed mine had the same issue when started to flower. Also in early flower you can still feed them with grow nutrients to make sure they still have nitrogen to develop.
This is a picture of the lowest branch of the plant that is furthest away from the light. Is this considered normal at day 50 from sprout? Seems premature to me. I checked everywhere for any Hermie's on the plants to see if it got pollinated or something but don't see any.
Your plant wants more potassium and if you touch the pistils they will turn brown as well. Brown Straight tips on leaves is first sign of potassium deficiency
Week three of flower seems to be a bit early for pistils to start turning orange but if you’re close to starting week 4 it’s normal for some pistils to start tuning orange.
I wouldn’t worry too much this is just the plant doing its thing.
Keep it up. You’re doing well.
@Green_Mountains, Thank you. First time growing and doing any LST so have learned a lot going forward when I do my next grow. Still going to your diary a lot for reference so thanks for that. Let me know how it is once you try it!
@Green_Mountains, just checked out your diary. Plants look awesome! Will be following next few weeks to see the harvest. Can't wait to see mine like yours!
Your plants are looking great!! The buds will start packing on now!! Mine just finished 1 month curing... I'll probably test it tomorrow with my tCheck.. There was not a lot of trichomes on mine when I harvested... we'll see how potent it is! My Bruce Banner is about a week out and has been covered in trichomes since week 5.. now it is all sugar!
@Green_Mountains, thank you! I'd love to know your results with the tcheck. Have you sampled it yet? Was looking for your Bruce banner diary but didn't see it. Week 5 and already frosty that is amazing!
@Green_Mountains, I've cut back on the watering but they appear to be getting worse. I posted a new question on my diary if you are able to take a look and offer any advice. Thanks!

Very nice, I came here for reference as I got only 1 auto anesthesia just to try, when decided to germinate it didn't think clearly as I did also photoperiods, after 2nd week of veg it's been on 12/12 cycle but is looking very nice as well, enjoy your ladies 👍
