Just looks a bit over watered mate, i would suggest 100ml - 150ml all over the top of the substrate in that pot at that stage, you want what you put in to be dry no more than 24hrs later at this stage imo Also, depends on your lighting schedule / cycle and time of day - if you took pic just as lights went on & they are droopy then and pick up an hour or two later, thats normal, its just the plant waking up.
