Using DWC along with scroging and HST my goal is to maintain an ideal grow environment to yield approx. 1/2 lb.
Propagation technique: A-OK cubes in humidity dome; maintaining 99% RH & 85°F Propagation began on 31-Jul. 2/3 seeds showing successful germination.
I try to treat germination and propagation as two separate phases. Usually I'll keep a seedling under in the dome during what (to most) would be considered week 1 of veg. However, this time around, I wanted to see if through DWC in a high humidity/high temp environment I could propagate in the same environment. I'm sure it'll be just fine, probably even better... this is just a change from the norm for me so I wanted to note it.
Week Began: 8/22 | Stunted 1st week growth due to transplant shock. I'll use it as a learning process for future grows. However, this grow is still trucking along. First root appeared through net pot 8/22.
8/25 Update: Possible algae growth. Not enough to definitively say one way or the other. Took mitigating actions by changing out the resi. 3 gal... 1 tsp of each nute... pH = 6.0.
Week Began 8/29: After a bit of a slow start, she's beginning to acclimate to the tent environment. So far, it's appearing that any stress the plant was showing was due to transplant shock. Additionally, the possible algae issue that I noticed hasn't resurfaced. Roots are looking good!
9/2 Update: Noticed either through genetics or previous transplant shock, the plant topped itself. Today, I topped the tops and cleaned it up a bit.
Week Began 9/5: Overall steady consistent top growth and root growth. I'm expecting her to really take off this week with the increased PPMs. Had a fan fail so maintaining proper environment has been a bit challenging until I get a replacement. Mars Hydro lights run entirely too hot.
Week Began: 9/13.
9/15 Update: She's really starting to take off now... showing increased vigor! pH was beginning to climb... adjusted back to 5.85. Also placed two similar plants (same strain, different grow medium) in the tent.

Week Began: 9/26. Did some defoliating. Hoping, this is the last major defoliation I'll need to do. Also took some cuttings.

Week Began: 10/2. Showing great growth and vigor. After a rough start from transplant shock, this plant has shown great growth!

Week Began: 10/10. She's definitely been requiring a lot more nutes. I've been topping her up mid week with RO and cal/mag. This week I increased the resi to 3 gallons and ppm to 1150.

Week Began: 10/24. Topped up with 1 gal RO + 1 tsp CalMag and pH'd to 6.0 on 10/27. Adjusted ppm to 900.

Week Began: 10/31. PPM of old resi spiked to 1800+. pH stayed level. Will monitor closely this week.
11/3 Update: adjusted pH down to 6.0 w/ 2L RO water. PPM reset to 1000.

Week Began: 11/7 planning on letting her run at full strength for another two weeks and flush on the third week. Still tentative.
11/10 Midweek Update: Buds have fattened up a bit. PPM climb to 1350. Topped up with plain RO which reset PPM to 950, confirmed 6.0 pH.
