12/25/21: Merry Christmas! These ladies are still taking their sweet time, so there's not much to update on. Hopefully ready within the next week. Almost harvest time!
12/27/21: UPDATE: Yesterday, on 12/26/21, I decided to harvest. This was on day 68 since the flip to 12/12. They're hanging up to dry right now so I will post a harvest update once they're ready to put into jars for the slow cure.
