This week went well. Woke up one morning to a heavy headed pair of leggy lemon skunk seedlings. I top filled all pots to give them some more stability.
Initially I had my air conditioner in the room of the tent tied to my light schedule. We had a week full of +90⁰F temps and I invested in the wifi inkbird controllers for temperature and humidity. To anyone at all interested in them, I say don't wait any more. I know that autos are quick growers, but for not knowing what to expect in the first week, I would credit the inkbirds, my humidifier, and letting the pots get light before watering again to the plants' explosive growth.
I'm excited to see the plants continue to grow. It's difficult to not try and love them to death 😂
I'm looking to add an intake fan to my setup. I currently have a 6" AC Infinity exhaust fan tied to their 67 Controller. I don't believe I'll need the same style fan, but I'm unsure of what other styles are compatible with the controller. Would this one interface properly?
The T-series with the fancy digital controller uses the 4-pin Molex connector...Make sure whichever you get has the same connector, and I think you're good. I'm eventually going to get a matching S-6 to go with mine. I think it's a really cool implementation that you can have both fans set for the same speed and parameters and ramp up and down together accordingly. Also, if you go for one of the 'duct' fans, you can place it in such a way to keep your tent dark when needed rather than the flat fan which will have to go at one of the other tent openings.
I have the same setup for my 4x4 6" and a 67 controller I have two 6" rexial fans one on each side with a stainless defuser to flatten the air so it's not just blowing on the pot in front of the hole. I do wish the fans would work with the 67 but I just keep them on low-half . I ran just the exhaust fan for awhile but I thought the tent was going to collapse lol so I added a single rexial then added a second one for more even flow
