Things seem to be going ok. The farther along I get in my grow the more concerned i get with possible issues. Leaf tips yellow, but overall looking pretty healthy.

Just switched the cycle to 12/12. Being my first grow I want to make sure my light is capable of producing decent buds.

I just switched my light cycle to 12/12 yesterday. My temps fluctuate badly from 75 at lights out to 85 with the lights on. Will this drastic change effect the flowering at all?

The heat can effect the plant. You are running about 4 degrees higher than ideal with an led. If you are using hps—- you want that to be more around 78-79. Nighttime is fine. Stressors can effect flowering. Open up the tent a bit? More airflow? More air exchange? Anything to get that lower. Good luck! ✌️🏻🌿💚💨

Is anyone familiar with this particular strain? I know its not a very popular strain, but I cant find any good info on how it grows. I just know it is a medium size high yield strain. If anyone has any info on this strain I would appreciate it.

Sorry for all the questions, but as this is my first grow I am paranoid and this plant has become my baby. I'm concerned about the top canopies.

I think she looks just fine. What you are seeing us new growth tips- within the next few days to are likely to begin to see a bunch of white hairs- theses are your pistols and a sign she’s about to kick it in gear and put on a show. Give her another 8 weeks and you will be rewarded 🌱

Flipped to flower a week ago. Things seem to be moving at a slower pace now. Might need another week before the flowering really starts to kick in.

Does this look like a nitrogen deficiency or something else?

Depending on where abouts on the plant that leaf is ? If its at the bottom that wouls make me think nitrogen if its at the top I would say more of a ph Fluciation though by looking at the start of the bud development at the top that would lead me towards nitrogen aswell. So yeah I think your right check her ph and if thats okay try increasing her veg feed a lil more our ladies dont use much nitrogen in flower this is true but N like P K and cal mag are mobile nutrients within the plant meaning they are in constant use by the plant regardless of which stage of growth she is in :) Hope this helps look nice and healthy anyway. Phosphorus defienacny will usually turn your plant purple I know this because when you flush a plant the purple you see is actully the plant consuming phosphorus that's in the leaves turning them purple. Purple or red stems is the plants natural reaction to intese light so I would not worry about that. Though this is all my opinion and only based on my experience you may disagree which is fine :) Best of luck anyway im sure you will finish these ladies up with no more issues looking good :) 👊

This is the very beginning of flowering, but don't be too eager to switch to bloom nutrients just yet, your plant still needs adequate nitrogen during early flower. I prefer to stay with grow nutrients until there are small budlets/tufts have formed, before switching to a half/half mix of grow and bloom for the following 2-3 weeks and then switching to straight bloom nutrients through until maturity. This seems to produce the biggest flowers and on plants that don't exhaust themselves and end up a sickly yellow colour by harvest time. I have been using this method for 25+ years and swear by its effectiveness. Hope this helps, Organoman.

Did some slight defoliating yesterday. The buds are coming along although very slowly. I hope I can make it through this grow with a decent yield.

Same steady slow growth. Week 3 of flowering and not too much progress, but no issues either. Has stopped stretching for the most part so hopefully will start really adding on to the buds.

Things are really starting ti pick up after some really slow weeks of development. I love the smell of the buds on this. They have a sweet smell and are really starting to produce some sticky trichromes.

All of my fan leaves are turning light green then yellow. I have not change feeding of nutes at all except to cut out the grow portion. I have kept the bloom the same. Any ideas what the issue could be.

I would be continuing/re-introducing with some half strength grow nutrients every second feed, she is suffering nitrogen deficiency. Your problem is common amongst people who switch to straight bloom nutrients too early, cannabis still needs adequate nitrogen during early floral development. Personally I continue with grow nutrients for the first 2 weeks of flowering before changing to half grow and half bloom for the next 2-3 weeks before then changing again to just straight bloom nutrients through until maturity. This seems to produce the biggest blooms on plants that don't exhaust themselves and is a method I have been using for 25+ years and I swear by its effectiveness. Hope this helps, Organoman.

Am I wasting my time by continuing this grow. It is just looking sad and I cant get it under control no matter what I do. I have flushed, I have used epsom salts, raised nutes and lowered nutes. ph is fine. It just looks like crap and is getting really frustrating.

ok many things i see but never have i seen anyone mix substrat like that, soil coco and perlite. your also using hydro nutrients in what is mainly soil. perlite is a nutrielt sponge/ air mainly used in coco to increase water rettention slightly. for future refrence if you want to go with soil stick with organic grow nutrients like bio bizz if you want to go more hydro then coco 70% perlite 30% is a great way to get the yield and strength of hydro with some of the taste benafits of soil. and very forgiving if you just remember the 30% run of rule when feeding. and the coco base nutrients ofcourse to deal with the iron problems. as for these girls my friend they seem to be suffering from 1 or 3 things, zinc deficiency iron deficiency and nutri burn cant tell what one since they all look similar hell it could be all 3. as hard as it is to say my friend i would scrap the grow and look at the hard leasons you have learned and apply them to the next grow. hard to hear i know and i m not trying to play myself as a grow genius or something hell i have made many mistakes but i always try to learn from them and take the leasons forward. unfortunatly the girls do most there bulk grow during week 3 to 6 of flower. after that they just put on some small bulking. your already in week 4 and there is 2 weeks worth of flushing and changing of nutrients ahead for probably a crappy smoke and small ratty looking bud. sorry if i sound like a dick i m not trying to, i m trying to help. if i was you i would look at it 2 ways. carry on and see if you can treat and help her to learn from it. or scrap it learn from your mistakes and move on. i wish you the best with your journy brother and happy growing.

Everything went downhill this past week. I seriously considered pulling it, but I guess I will wait a few weeks and just take what I can get off of it. Being my first grow I learned a lot of lessons.

I had nothing but issues with this plant from the second week of flower. Being my first grow I knew this wasn't going to be perfect. I hated to chop her early, but it just was not worth the effort any longer. Hopefully after a good dry and cure I will have a little something.
