Been wanting to try some fastbuds genetics for a loooong time, I like shopping in person and they're always out. Well, not today! Got some C4 seeds and immediately put one in a cup of water. Have some sohum living soil on standby. Let's do this!!!
Good week, good growth, no issues! Put the first tie on for LST but took it off because I saw pistils shooting out and want to let her do her thing I guess, she's small to start flowering. Maybe she stretches hard, maybe not, but I'm gonna let her go vertically and start another plant with the extra space. Speaking of which, I moved my fan and filter to the outside of the tent, added another 100w(actual) LED, and raised them both up so I don't have issues with vertical space again. Kinda funny considering I think this plant is gonna be pretty short 😂😂 until next time, happy growing!
She seems like a happy plant but I'm not getting much vertical growth at all, and buds were coming so I moved the SF light closer to her lol, hoping for some good buds even if she's diminutive 😆 I also threw a fastuds orange sherbet seed in a 5g pot in the tent, my thinking is ill have the space lol! new diary soon as she pokes through! Anyone out there have any idea why I don't have any side branches? I basically have a stem with fan leaves lol. C4 Auto, this diary, have tried moving lights up for a couple days and tried moving them down as well, based on past grows and manual my light height should be fine!

Re-charge is not a fertilizer on its own, but a supplement for other fertilizers.
As Re-charge has no N-P-K, your plant is basically starving, hence the lack of growth.
As it is now, it is too late, it will never branch out now that it is flowering.

This plant is averse to vertical growth, but she's packing on some flowers! Grew an inch this week, taller and wider lmao. I've never seen anything quite like this. Some signs of nutrient stress, following exact directions on back of sohum bag so there definitely shouldn't be any of that going on 🤷♂️ i guess thats why we try new things lol, to see if they work. Well it wasn't working, so I scratched some dr earth into my topsoil and foliar sprayed some PhD water with a small dose of calmag, some of the yellowing has started to subside. In any case, she's starting to smell like some kind of fruity, berry, skunk, piney candy 🤣🤣 idc if I only get a gram I want to smoke that smell lol
Buds are stacking nicely, and starting to turn purple! Looks awesome, getting super frosty! I basically have a stem full of bud on my hands lol, smells delicious. The NLS concentrate I used to top dress, scratches about half a pound into the top of the soil and just watering with calmag and recharge. Really admiring the bud swell on this plant, I had to tie her to the side because she was leaning 😅 happy growing fam!
She looks and smells awesome, aside from the obvious dying of the leaves lol, that being said she's about ready (super fast!), thrichomes are around 10% amber, gonna let her go a bit longer and might harvest in stages to see if the bottom nugs will turn out as purple as the top did 😍 very chunky, dense flowers, except for the spindly tip of the cola lol. Happy growing fam!
After cutting this up and pulling the rootball i can tell you all I'll never use jiffy pellets again, I'm pretty sure its what made this plant so small. That being said, these buds are beautiful and rock hard, smell like citrus berry funk lol. Smoke report and dry weight coming soon
