This grow went smoothly, until week 5 of flower when i noticed the first spot of powdery mildew, it was all downhill from there. Overall great citrus smell, buds looked great… but threw most of it away due to the mold.

Chemdawg was a pretty easy strain to grow. It was a little bit picky and i did need to add a lot of extra cal mag to it about twice a week, other then that it was easy to grow. Only thing that would make me not recommend this strain is that it had powdery mildew towards the end, even though my vpd was correct and my humidity was on point, so annoying! I threw most of it out but it would have been good smoke otherwise, i smoked a test joint of it and it got me stoned. Dont think i will be smoking much more then that though, as i didnt do any bud wash and i dont trust smoking bud that was exposed to mold/mildew.

A thought for the next grow of this strain. Maybe add dolomite lime to the soil a couple of weeks before using it. It provides both and is much cheaper (at least where I live) then most cal/mag solutions. Too bad about the mold man but looks great non the less 💪🏽

@BuddyBudster, if it wasn’t for the powdery mildew it would have turned out real nice. Heavy citrus smell when you smell the buds
