The purple cbd was a little slow.. maybe keeping them in the fridge had something to do with it. Moved to paper towel after 24 hour soak took 2 more days to crack. The purple Alaskan germed in the water glass and then transferred to paper towel. Could have gone in the pot a day earlier.

Alaskan going strong getting ready to start feeding nutes by next week. Purple Kush CBD is a little slow took around 8-9 days to sprout from soil but is looking ok for now. Started nutes, purple Alaskan looking very healthy and topped with soil. CBD is struggling but coming along. She has her husk stuck to her.

My purple kush cbd is 8 days above soil but is growing at a extremely slow pace? Any suggestions or do some strains just take a while to get going? Also it had a half a helmet head for a while until I pried it off.

The humidity is a bit low for a plant that size, try sticking a humidity dome on it but bear with runts / mutants - they might surprise you and get massive and if it is a crap plant, at least you got the learning experience from a difficult plant to grow!

Alaskan purple is looking great. Grew like crazy over the last week. Started big bud this week and still on bud candy. LST is paying off and canopies look great. I think I am going to put a scrog up. The purple kush cbd is deff a runt and I might look to transplant to a 2 gallon pot to make more room for the purple Alaskan.

I am about to put my scrog net up. Should I remove my LST ties now? Or keep them tied down in junction with the scrog?

If you keep your LST ties on you will be able to develop your scrog based on the shape that you currently have, if you remove your ties then your branches may well start changing position at the same time as you develop your scrog which may make it a bit more difficult to keep on top of.

Ever since this grow i noticed fungus gnats flying around. I always put sticky traps down and would catch an adult every so often but always saw tons of little dots I thought was dust or fabric until I used my scope. I bought a product gnatrol and will try it. any suggestions

Nematodes or/and Mycos works best in my expierience... For those much a bit more drastic measures have to be taken i guess. A Sundew works too and looks nice.

Alaskan Purple looking great. I had a gnat infestation I think is u set control now. She has slight yellowing on the tips of some new leaves so I raised the light to about 26-28 inches above the canopy. The purple kush cbd is actually coming along now after a very slow start. She is still going to be a runt so I am going to transplant her into a 2 gallon to make some room. Will put up a scrog net this weekend as well. Scrog is up but In the process one of my fans fell on 3 branches and broke them. I taped all 3 immediately so hopefully they will recover. Purple kush cbd Is transplanted in 2 gallon to give me more room. She’s showing a little strength, hopefully the transplant won’t set her back too much. On to week 5!

I have slight yellowing tint on the edge of a few leaves closer to the top of the plant. I am using 1/4 strength big bud and 1/4 strength bud candy. My light was about 18 inches from the canopy so I raised it to about 26-28 inches above canopy. Do you think this is light burn?

It looks alright buddy- you dont have leaf tacos or any really hard clawing or burning or anything like that - you have done the right thing, if you think light was too low moving it higher may be your cure. If it gets worse with the light raised then it is probably nutrient or pH related.

Alaskan purple looking great. 2 weeks into flower pistols are starting to turn brown and bud formation is coming along nicely. My gnat problem seems more under control with gnatrol. Starting to see slight trichomes forming. The Alaskan purple is a major runt. We’ll see if I can yield anything out of her.

Buds are filling in nicely. Very happy with how this is coming along. Tip from a first time grower…. Sterilize your soil before you even plant the seedlings. Pests are annoying. Purple cbd was a runt but deff will produce a few nugz. Honestly could have been fungus nuts eating the baby roots which Stunted growth on a little more sensitive strain. Nothing is stopping the purple Alaskan, that strain is super strong I bender that thing 50 different ways and she always popped back up!

Flushing currently PPM was at 3500 for the Alaskan purple. I think my ph might have dropped over the last few weeks and she stopped eating. Flushing both right now almost done. Trichomes are 40-50% cloudy Pistals are about 45% amber

I am in the flush phase of my first grow. I never tested run off during growth. The first flush run off measured 3500 ppm. I then ran about 11 liters of water through my 3 gallon fabric pot and I can’t seem to get my ppm lower than 1450? Any suggestions?

Just give it time. Assuming you’re gonna flush for week or two, maybe every two-three days or something do a flush like you did today and eventually it will come down to the lower hundreds.. I’m a coco guy personally and that’s why I like it.. it doesn’t hold on to nutrients. If you run a few gallons thru it, it will leech 90% of the salts left in the medium. Anyways.. give it some time and monitor that run off. You’ll be good

I don't see any nanner. All I see is your at the end of bulking. You had a pinch nutrition burn at one point, and plant was suffering potassium deficiency in flowering. Brown straight tips is potassium deficiency on fan leaves. Brown curled up and in tips in nutrition burn. Looks pretty tasty beside that. Good job 👏 🤜🤛🌱 happy growing

This will be the last week before harvest. I successfully got the ppms down to 600. One more flush will get me down to 200ppm. 48 hours of darkness and then harvest!

Nothing to worry about. To be honest your timing is going to be perfect, you have let her ripen and fade, you have given a decent flush. Enjoy the harvest and smoke.

Your RH should be at around 55-60% for a good slow dry.. even though your buds feel crispy on the out side they’re probably still moist in the centre. Check daily by bend stems. If the make a snapping noise they’re ready to throw in the jars. Good luck bro 💪

Pretty easy grow. She grew big and strong. Even snapped a few branches and taped them up she reconverted fine. Little sensitive to light and nutes but overall pretty good. Great yields.

Hi Guys, I am about to start my second grow. Where I messed up on my first grow was on the drying. I did wet trim and I think my humidity was too low and within 3 days the flower had the hay smell and crunchy and dried out. I cured and burped but nice odor never came back.

Sometimes you can't control everything and drying happens faster than you wanted. So... add the moisture back. Put a hygrometer in each container for several hours so you know where you are starting. If the humidity is low you can moisten a small piece of paper towel and stick it to the bottom of the lid. I like to get the humidity between 58 and 62% for curing. You may notice that at first you have to re-wet the paper towel a time or two until you get the humidity up into range. Once it's there it doesn't take much to hold it and is a good time to consider humidity packs like Boveda.
