trimmed the ladies for the first time this week, a few times. Started training one of the Smoothies that was growing more vertical. Interesting at this point the variety of the 3 lemons and the 3 smoothies in these air pots. I have 2 lemon and 2 smoothies in air pots in the 4x4 and one lemon and one smoothie in the 2x4 in regular pots. This was intentional to see how they would grow. I should have done two more just to get a mix of strain variation in the regular pots, next time. One of the lemons has been a large grower compared to the others. She also had the longest tap root before planting in the peat pots. Showing signs of being more of a hermie than a female with almost no pistils compared to its 2 other counterparts. No balls either.

Introduced this hlg 30 uva light as a supplement to the twin 260s. I've read just 3 hours a day increasing 1 hour per week up to 4-6 hours before harvest. Anyone recommend anything differently or just run it 18/6 with the lights?

I'd say run it while lights are on. But I give my plants more light then I probably should lol.

Small nitrogen deficiency being rectified with diluted urine and light sprinkling of spent coffee grounds. Cloroplast returning now. Nets should be here today for light training. Added a HLG UVA light bar to supplement the lack of full spectrum (deep red) from these 260 qb (NOT rspec) boards Did some trimming and light training today as well End of week 7 realizing these ladies are not happy. Bad micro nutrient issue going on and hope to fix this with BIG 6. Veins were green with yellow leaf top down to start, then some plants showed red veining on internodal area and fan leaves. Not familiar with this issue having started with coast of main soil being a compost.

Added BIG 6 micro nutrients to the soil of every pot a couple days ago and just waiting for the recovery at this point. Some new growth is very green so it seems to be helping some but the constant yellowing of the upper growth is very disheartening..... waiting game sucks Ladies are strong and pulling thru this tough recovery. Defoliated the damaged leaves in hopes those nuts go to the stonger colas. Flowering continues and very little growth from the plants, seems to be tightening up the bud on the colas. FGI 730nm 47" light added earlier this week.

Moving right along now. Still some micro nutrient issues showing thru, just defoliating the damaged leaves so the plant can focus on the new.

Added top dressing to all the pots with this organic soil for flowering (worm castings etc type stuff from "build a soil"). I only watered this week and will begin my water only process to save the soil for the next round. This was a biobizz recommendation vs flushing to water only the last two weeks. I have 10% amber trichomes mainly at the top of the tallest cola.
