Germination Day 1 - I have planted the seeds in little pots using some BioBizz light-mix, I have sprinkled some Great white mycorrhizae on the soil and slightly pinched the soil over the seed to cover it up. I put humidity domes over the pots, and turned on my TS-1000 on the lowest brightness, my plan for this grow is to have the auto plant grow along with the photoperiod in normal light schedule 18/6, before I switch it to flower 12/12. This is gonna be my first ever photoperiod grow so I'm a bit excited, we'll see how this will turn out :)
Germination Day 2 - Just sprayed some unPH'ed tap water to wet the soil a bit and sprayed the humidity domes as well to keep the high humidity. The tap water comes out around 7.8-7.9pH, Once the girls pop out I will start correcting the PH, and give them some more mycorrhizae for the roots. Temperature in the tent is at 25.5C and the RH at 42% but in the humidity domes it's probably double that so around 85-90% RH in the domes which is perfect. Once the girls get a bit bigger I'm gonna transplant them to bigger pots hopefully without causing too much stress for the auto girl.
08/24-21 Germination Day 3 - Same thing as yesterday, sprayed both the soil and the domes. I can see the girls pushing up the soil already and trying to get out to the light!
08/25-21 Germination Day 4 - The girls have popped out of the ground and are growing! So far they look happy and enjoying life, This grow I decided to keep the humidity domes for a bit longer, the last grows I kept the humidity domes on my plants till they sprouted and immediately after they popped out of the ground I took the domes off, this time I'm gonna keep the domes for the first week of their lives, to keep the humidity nice and high for them during the seedling stage, hopefully the girls will enjoy that much more! And as usual I just sprayed the soil and the domes with some tap water pH same as last time around, 7.8-7.9pH, Gonna start correcting the pH soon tho.
08/26-21 Germination Day 5 - I decided on actually not keeping the domes because the girls have started to stretch a little, so i took the humidity domes off and lowered my light a little, the humidity in the tent is at 55-60% RH. And same thing as before just sprayed the plants to wet the soil slightly and i also spray some water onto the ground so the plants can suck that up as well.
08/27-21 Germination Day 6 - Doing same thing as before, just watering. But I'm gonna turn down the watering a little cause I'm definitely getting the soil a little bit too moist I feel like, so tomorrow no water.
08/28-21 Germination Day 7 - The girls grew a lot since yesterday, I haven't watered them today. Slightly turned up the brightness on the TS1000 and turned the fan on to strengthen the stems early on.
Seedling Stage
08/29-21 Day 8 - I took a peek today in the tent early morning and the soil was slightly dried out, so I just slightly sprayed some water both on top as well as the bottom for the plants to suck up. The girls are growing bigger and bigger day by day! They are definitely enjoying the organic soil much more than the coco coir that i used in my last grows!
08/30-21 Day 9 - Girls are growing big and strong! Gonna transplant them at the end of this week it looks like!
08/31-21 Day 10 - Girls are going strong, just the usual watering nothing out of the ordinary. I'm either gonna transplant them on day 12 or during the last day of this week, depending on how big they get. Hopefully everything will go well and the auto girl won't stress too much over the transplant. I'm also gonna change the light schedule after transplant hopefully to minimize the stress.
09/01-21 Day 11 - The girls are praying! Yesterday i turned up the light to 25% and it seemed like they enjoyed that! They are getting big and are sure gonna be ready to be transplanted soon. I don't know yet if i should transplant them to the biobizz lightmix or the allmix yet.
09/02-21 Day 12 - Peyote is praying and growing strong! I've decided on doing the transplant on day 14, Both of the girls are around the same size and height which is a good sign. The auto girl is also really liking her environment, they are green and strong, only thing i noticed is that if you look closely on the leaf edges on the peyote critical they got slightly burnt, but literally slightly to the point where you won't even notice it unless you zoom in at the edge. I'm still doing some research regarding what soil i should plant them in, but i think biobizz all mix is gonna be the way to go because they are gonna start getting pretty hungry soon enough when they start growing much more!
09/03-21 Day 13 - I have decided to transplant the girls today into 12.5L pots. I sprinkled some mycorrhizae onto the roots and on the soil before the transplant, I also gave the girls some water after. I turned up the brightness of the TS1000 to 50% and also changed the light schedule to 18/6
09/04-21 Day 14 - The girls were a little bit droopy yesterday after the transplant, but it seems like they took it very well and are praying today! Looks like they did not bother at all! Grew really fast the last 24h and they're really enjoying life! The growth now is gonna pick up fast!
09/05-21 Day 15 - The girls are growing fast, but I noticed that the first leaves the tips got light greenish, idk what's the cause of that. but the new growth seems happy.
09/06-21 Day 16 - I have put some mycorrhizae on the top soil and covered it up with some nearby soil, I have then watered the plants a little more again. The wedding cake seems to have gotten a little nute burn from the soil during the transplant, but it's not that bad so she didn't seem to bother much. The peyote critical on the other hand is very strong and resilient plant, and it did not even bother the transplant, it was praying 24h hour after the transplant, and now it's growing super fast. It's only on day 16 and peyote is one of the biggest seedlings I've ever grew by far! I'm so excited to see the growth coming this week!
09/07-21 Day 17 - Peyote is doing great! Wedding Cake is also doing perfect! She has gotten slight nutrient burn from the high EC in the biobizz all mix, but luckily it did not spread to the other leaves and it didn't stun the plant much. So she keeps going strong! Everything looks good so far except for that slight nute burn on the wedding cake! This grow really is looking promising! Especially the peyote critical which will be my first photoperiod plant ever! She's going real strong!
09/08-21 Day 18 - Haven't done much work today, just watered the plants. Lots of growth this week!
09/09-21 Day 19 - WOW the peyote exploded with growth today! The new leaves got so huge! I'm really excited to see the flowers this plant is going to produce!
09/10-21 Day 20 - Just watered the girls today, they seem to be doing pretty good. I'm gonna give them their first proper watering starting next week!
09/12-21 Day 22 - I watered the girls and I planning on giving them their first feeding sometime this week! Will add some mycorrhizae along with the feeding!
09/13-21 Day 23 - I sprayed some water onto the leaves this morning to make it a bit more humid and comfortable for the girls hopefully.
09/14-21 Day 24 - I have noticed some fungus gnats flying around the plants today, luckily I have noticed it early enough for them not to lay any eggs in the soil. I'm gonna turn down on the watering, cause it seems like I've been getting the soil a bit too moist the last couple weeks. Gonna be a bit more careful with it now.
09/15-21 Day 25 - I have stopped watering the girls for now, to hopefully get the fungus gnat infestation under control, before it gets any worse. Luckily i noticed it before it got out of hand.
09/15-21 Day 26 - I slightly wet the top soil so the plants won't dry out, I'm careful with how much water I put in because I don't want to make the fungus gnat infestation even worse than it already is.
09/20-21 Day 30 - I have given the girls their first proper feeding today I gave them 0.75L of water each, and have amended the water with 0.5ml/L bio-grow, and 2ml/L great white mycorrhizae. The EC was at 0.5mS in the water. I'm sure the girls will enjoy this!
09/21-21 Day 31 - The girls have reacted well to their first feeding, showing lots of growth over the night, wedding cake is starting to show up a lot of pistils, and letting me know it's vegetative cycle is almost done.
09/24-21 Day 34 - Peyote seem so be a little droopy, but I thinks it's cause she's a thirsty girl! I'm gonna give the girls some plain water tomorrow.
09/27-21 Day 37 - I've been busy over the weekend so I did not have time to take care of the girls, and peyote has gotten a bit droopy but I have watered her today, and she perked right up a little bit after the watering, I'm sure she will be fine tomorrow. I have also given the girls 1ml/L bio-grow this time which came out to around 0.7mS, and I gave wedding cake some extra bio-bloom which came out at 0.5ml/L, I'm gonna need to start doing some training on her as well, Or maybe i'll leave her to then fill up the scrog, we will see.
09/28-21 Day 38 - Peyote has popped right up after the watering yesterday, although she did not enjoy the extra nitrogen given to her, she got some wilting going on, so I will lay off on the nutes for Peyote for sure, Wedding cake seems to be super hungry and just craves for more nutes! I bent that girl down today because the stocks are starting to get woody since she's going into flower now. So I bent her down while I still have the chance to do it without breaking the main stock, I also uncovered the new top sights and peyote, and I will give her a couple days to recover from the nitrogen toxicity and then I will give her a haircut so that the new top sights can shoot up and grow!
09/30-21 Day 40 - I have defoliated Peyote to reveal some of the growing top sights!
10/12-21 Day 52 - I have top dressed with some mycorrhizae along with some fresh all mix soil from biobizz, then I have both the girls a heavy watering, and I also added some big bud, and bud candy from Advanced Nutrients,
10/14-21 Day 54 - Peyote looks great 24h after defoliation, some of the new growth was slightly affected by the nitrogen abundance, but she seems to now be going strong, and I won't be giving her any extra nutes, outside of water for now since, both of the girls just got top dressed with some fresh soil couple days ago.
10/15-21 Day 55 - I gave peyote a haircut again to uncover the other top sights! And she seems happy!
10/16-21 Day 66 - Peyote has lots of new green growth, luckily it recovered all well and today was the time to start doing some HST, I bent down the main top and that's pretty much it for today, girls don't need any water cause the soil is still plenty moist.
10/21-21 Day 60 - I have done some LST on Peyote
10/22-21 Day 61 - Peyote is praying again! It almost doubled in size over night, which is amazing, I'm glad to see that peyote is fully recovered and thriving again, I will keep her in veg just for a couple more weeks and it's flower time for her as well.
10/26-21 Day 65 - I watered both of the girls with one liter of water and gave wedding cake the bloom nutes as always.
10/27-21 Day 66 - I gave peyote a haircut and also did some HST on her as well.
10/29-21 Day 68 - I watered them both as usual.
10/11-21 Day 80 - I gave peyote some cal-mag since she was having some magnesium issues. And watered wedding as usual, will have to start flushing her soon as well! And i'll be hopefully flipping peyote to flower after i have this magnesium issue resolved!
17/11-21 Day 87 - I lollipopped Peyote and also defoliated wedding cake out of all the unnecessary leaves since i'm gonna flush her and cut her down this week.
20/11-21 Day 90 - I have harvested Wedding Cake, trimmed her and put her up to dry!
DAY 91 - I FORGOT TO TAKE PICS
