Die lampe ist ganz ok und für Einsteiger absolut ok.
Leider ist der Kundenservice das letzte, die haben sich nach der ersten Mail überhaupt nicht mehr gemeldet.
Ich hab mir einfach bei Amazon die selbe Lampe Bestellt, dann habe ich die Defekten Teile ausgetauscht und die Lampe an Amazon zurück geschickt.
Wer versucht mich zu verarschen, sollte früher aufstehen.

Die bleiben jetzt bei 20°c und 50% Luftfeuchtigkeit ca. 10 Tage im dunklen Raum Hängen.

Ich habe die Teile jetzt schon öfter benutzt und hatte nie probiert.

Looking very good my man . If you want even better performance out of that light I would put some kind of reflective material on the walls . I have the same light in a 4x4 space and as soon as I out it in a 4x4 tent with mylar walls my harvest weight increased by 20 % . I'm gonna follow your grow see how it turns out . Cheers

Ungefähr 2 Wochen noch, wie du sagst. Sobald sich die Haare Orange gefärbt haben, ist sie im Ernte Fenster, dann ist es Geschmackssache. Viel Glück 🌱💪😎
