Fungus Gnats is a sign of excessive watering, letting it dry a bit will be double beneficial now. Also you may water from the base of the pot, the roots will direct to the bottom. I got curious about the ponytail, never seen this technique, I wish to hear more about.

@Psilocubensis, I’m thinking they’re from the seed starter soil I bought. I had zero gnats last grow and a worm bin 10 feet from my tent with zero gnats and zero starter soil lol Take a look at my gorilla cookie grow if you’d like. I used this technique around the same size and age and it worked out well
