Moved the Babies from the tray to their new home for a few weeks. First time I have tried the Extreme Gardening Azos Bacteria. Like most folks I thought, "Bacteria Bad." Well I have proved to myself that is just not the case. I tried using LESS THAN recommended and I can tell you the results are TWICE as good when I grow without it! Azos is a keeper! Will be adding it to future grows! The "Root Zone" is super active and LOTS of FAT ROOT GROWTH! Love it! These Babies are thriving!
Found 1 more Male this week. Too bad he was looking really bushy! He is relegated to the dust bin. Girls were stretching a lot this week, especially the Banana! The canopy is filling up after removing those pollen-sack twigs. Hopefully that was the last of them. Hard to adjust the buckets once net is in place. Still playing for them. They are still happy and looking good! Thanks for stopping by!
@Roberts,
You hit the "Nail on the head" with that comment. Yes, it is VERY crowded now. Going to reduce the number next time. But it took seeing how you good guys grow! Thanks for the education! π
@Roberts,
Yea. I am actually hoping for males! Need to germ fewer. Just wanted to make sure I had enough! Quality over quantity. Next run will be ALL Females and fewer of them. So I can give each one the love they deserve! Thanks for commenting! Grow on!
@homerjgangia,
Thanks Homey! You are a legend in these parts. Thanks for stopping by my grow. Have been mesmerized with your work. Hoping to be as good! Thx. π
@DreamIT,
I dream of IT. Mainly because I'm a Computer Geek - since before it was cool! Happy to have another IT Guy stop by. After seeing your work, I am honored. 127.0.0.1 Boy! π
@Vt_Kind,
That Banana is a keeper. Going to re-order this strain for sure! She is getting HUGE (for my grow at least - have seen some scary large colas on this site). Smells delightful! π
And we chase cats off for doing that on our garden!!! Lol looking good mate. Lots of variety too. Happy growing and nothing beats the horror that hits you when you open a bag of Megacrop!!!! That stuff is stamped down , smudged then dried , Unicorn shit .....
@Ganjagrandaddy,
Funny! If our cats smelled that bad, I would have to take them to the Vet! Love the variety! Different strains for different pains! Thanks for stopping by! π
@glasseye19,
My first Banana. Humidity varies, must have just watered. It settles down. The main thing for me is that it is lower during last few weeks of flower, to prevent mold. Have never had mold as a result. Thanks for taking a look! Will keep a GlassyEye on you too! π¬
False alarm! The Male I thought I found was merely a Hermie. All the others were safe! Got a decent Harvest. Had to chop them a llittle early since we are going skiing soon and did not have time to make a full grow. They are all hanging from the ceiling of the cabinet (that's the last picture that looks upside down). From there to curing! Plenty of frosty goodness when I get done playing in the snow!
I feel for ya, Bummerπ..
Luck with the next EXPERIMENTπ...
First time I've heard anyone using vanilla, Why?
Does it feed the soil? Is it similar to molasses?
Inquiring minds would like to knowπ...
@Homeboy981,Put around 40KM(20miles) on the ARCTIC CATS yesterday in 6 inches of fresh snow
with the temps around -15c, BEAUTIFUL ride.. Woke up this morning to -32c, ------- COLDπ΅!!!
Something about a polar vortex sending the super cold, -35c overnight tonight with winds making it
feel like -42c, ------- COLDER!!!!
-40c and -40f are the same, gives an idea how cold it is, the dogs won't stay outside for very long, constantly
scratching at the door to come inside, can't really blame them though.
Happy New Year!!!
@northernMike,
Sure Love to play in the snow! Got back from 7 days fresh powder almost every day! Love the fluffy stuff! OK to visit....would not want to live in it tho. Ironically it was colder (bone chilling cold) when we got off the plane in Dallas, and it was only 45 degrees. I was skiing with just a t-shirt and light jacket at -1 in the Rockies.
The vacation was the main reason for cutting this grow short.
