You can tell it's from too many nutrients from the burnt tips. If you take a look at the ingredients of what's inside what you're giving them you'll see you're giving two NPKs and two Micro nutrients, you should be giving one NPK, one Micro and one additive. So to fix this you want to find and add a humic acid, this will stabilise your pH, remove excess nutrients in your soil and help with getting the nutrients to your plants.
