Plants are doing well . I had a ph problem when they were barely out of the soil and stunted their growth for a week till I figured out my ph meter was reading 1.1 higher and was feeding all my plants water at 5.4 ph ........ whoops 🤭. Still got it figured and now the plants are thriving again .
Plants got a new home and started to take off . They are indica dominant and have very tight node spacing and massive leaves. Topped them all and opened up the canopy for some other branching nodes to grow better . These plants have 4 to 6 weeks to fill a 4x4 tent . I really need to flower these lol. The strain is tutankhamon from pyramid seeds.
Just doing some training on these tutankhamon. Getting them ready for there main stage in my 4x4 tent . Needing 4 plants to fill a 4x4. Shouldn't be to hard .... right .
This things are bushes lol they stack nodes very tightly and I am pretty impressed. So far no issues with these plants. Will be topping the bottom nodes and top nodes again . Just trying to get a wide spread for the 4x4 tent. Each plant will need to fill a 2x2 space with about 16 tops maybe more but not less lol
Still growing strong. Running out of space and really need another 4x4 tent or a 4x8 tent . They are hard to get the bottom branches to catch up to the top but they are slowly getting there. I have been topping the side branching as well trying to get a heavy canopy for these mars hydro lights :)
Kids are looking good . Had a bit of cal mag Def and possibly potassium. So was lightly feeding and now have increased their food . Taking a few days for them to turn around . Lightly defoliated them , these plants really want to stay short and close nodes . Trying to get them to spread out so they can fill a 4x4 tent or half of 4x8 :) got a new tent on the way .
Set up the new 4x8 tent and put these girls in there but will cause issues when I can fill the rest of the tent . My other 4x4 tent came available so I moved these into that tent and put the sf4000 to flower this tent . Still have a week or two to fill the scrog out . These plants want to stay short and stout so they are probably not going to be able to fill this scrog out . Never grown this strain before so I didn't know how they were gonna act. Now I am thinking 5 plants would have been the best number to fill this tent . Thanks for taking a look .
Still acrogging this thing out . Some of the lower branching has made it to the scrog and some has made it Halfway to the scrog from its starting position. Trying to keep the main tops from growing out of control is a task lol. The plant kind of wants to stretch now . The canopy is extremely thick and alot of nodes are not going to make it . I think one more week of veg and it's strip time . Then flip to flower .
Starting the first day of flower . Girls are looking really full and packed . Will be doing a major defoliation in 2 weeks . There's alot of little nodes everywhere under the canopy and I just don't want any little larfy buds on this grow . Only big fat colas lol.
Just starting week 2 day 8 of 12/12 lighting. The plants are looking very very good . Still stretching but it's just starting to making buds and that's pretty quick . So far all my flowers have done that and I think it's the red sun that really helps them flip. Really need to defoliate these bushes but it's going to be hard to getting to the back right plant . I don't want a bunch of larfy bud . They are so bushy that they are drinking .5 of gallon every day now . That will go down once I can strip them down . Really looking forward to what these are going to produce for flower . Thanks for taking a look
Starting of day 15 since 12/12 . Was a good week for these 4 ladies . The 2 plants on the right did not stretch as much as the 2 on the right did. Have been defoliating the fan leaves that cover bud sites that can't be tucked . Got in and was able to lollipop some of the under growth and that helped with them drinking so much nutes . The canopy is really thick and green and healthy 😍. They look fantastic. Bud is finally starting to form well . Can't wait to see what they look like at the end of this week .
Technically it would be day 15 of getting pistols. A big week for the King tuts .Every day Growing hard and putting a large amount to bud formation. Even have trichomes starting on the the buds . Plants are super healthy but I do see a tiny bit of nute burn on the tips of some of the leaves . So the next feeding I will back those off a wee bit . As you can see in the pics there are massive amount of bud forming in the lights off pics . Super stoked on these girls . I will be getting 9 of these plants in a 4x4 soon and see how 9 will do under a fc 6500 . Wish I had put these 4 under a fc 6400 over the sf4000 but it's still doing a good job just there's literally large growth under the hot spot of this light. Cheers
Starting day 22 since buds formed and they are looking good . Did remove a bunch of big fan leaves to get more light down into the canopy and I noticed that the lower buds are starting to fatten up . Back right plant has started to finally get its stretch on and it's buds are catching up now. Very minor nute burn on a few newer leaves so will need to cut back just a hair on the feed.
Plants are doing very well and the buds are swelling by the day . The smell that's coming out of this tent is amazing 👏. Everytime you open the door it smells like a sweet fruit punch. The last watering they got straight water ph to 6.5 . Today they are thirsty again and will getter regular batch of food . Thanks for taking a look people's.
Buds gained alot of weight this week and I am hoping they keep getting thicker. The buds stopped for a week growing longer and got faster but a bunch of new pistols popped out on the tops and longer buds are in store for these ladies.
These plants are getting super thirsty they are going through a gallon of food a day and are really starting to pack on thicker bud . This is the start of the seventh week of flower so 2 weeks left I am thinking . Smashing them with bud fusion and jet fuel and hoping they put even more weight on them . Trichomes are looking 50% cloudy and 50% clear still no amber yet. Very happy how these plants have grown so far and they are very resilient. Not to many deficiencies either . Innovating plant products nutrients line has been really easy to follow so far . These plants seem to love it , doubled down and decided that I will stick with these nutrients and started buying everything in the 1 gallon jugs :).
Last week for these ladies they are on their flush . The trichomes are hitting about 15% amber right now . The buddy are looking very nice and all powdered up . I am excited to see how good this stuff is .
