I made her a topping for 20 days and but they grow slower than I'm used to, I don't know if it's the nutrients or if it's a problem somewhere else. ๐
Hi, mate.
Might help with fungus gnats envasion
Cover the top of the pots with perlite, horticultural sharp sand, grow stones, or pebbles to stop the transfer of adults in and out of the pot, hang sticky traps above and below the canopy (creating a barrier ontop of the pots with the traps, is good practice too).
Also, nematodes works well as they attacked fungus eggs and larvae in soil
Garlic juice helps as well ...
Bio tabs suggested Coco based mix
60% Coco
20% Perlite
20% Vermicompost
Hope this helps
Good luck with grow
Girls looks very cool
@@CDF20, Thank you mate
I made a mistake at the beginning that I did not put perlite in the coconut. Next growth I will be careful and use perlite as before ๐. I thought that coconut dries out quickly so it will not attract fungus gnats so much, but unfortunately I was mistaken ๐.
