Fall indoor widow

Ctpadge803 This is a clone taken from a female white widow grown from seedsman seeds. I have been extremely busy with work that I wasn't able to start the diary for this plant until 2 weeks into 12/12 light cycle. It looks great and takes no special grow skills to keep it looking sweet. Does seem to be showing trichomes sooner and much more abundant than other strains even fan leaves already have a dusting. Cant wait to see her around week 7 .it should look like she been snowed on.

Ctpadge803 Starting to get into the flower cycle full on now. This plant is thirsty and loves the nutrients. Once again fimming is resulting in an abundance of bud sites. Hopefully the buds will get to a decent size despite the amount of them.

Ctpadge803 Buds are really taking off now. Its been about a week since my last post and you can see significant development with the flowers. Many bud leaves as well as some fan leaves are beginning to look frosty with trichomes which is why it's good old white widow.

Ctpadge803 I decided to go ahead and post even though I just posted 4 days ago. It actually is the first day of week 5 in flower so it was a no brainer to go ahead and sync my post up with the grow. Also I wanted to get some better pictures posted. The buds should fatten up a fair amount over the next 2 weeks and I will post pictures of them throughout these weeks which are the ones with buds showing the most growth.

Ctpadge803 Trichomes showing up more and more everyday. Cant wait until its harvest time and it looks like it has sugar all over it. Its starting to give off a decent odor now that I hope continues to get stronger. A few of the buds look different from the normal ones .they appear smaller and tighter than usual almost underdeveloped. Not sure if it's a mutation or what. If anyone has seen this let me know

Ctpadge803 She's beginning to become pretty fragrant especially for white widow considering some articles that claim the strain doesn't have much taste or smell. Buds continue fattening up and the hairs are about 50% turned. There are plenty of trichomes with a few of them already turning cloudy. Its day 45 if flower so according to seedsmans description it's a 56 day cycle so I'm expecting closer to 60 to 65 before it's ready for harvest. We will just have to wait and see. I do plan to start flushing in a few more days .

Ctpadge803 Coming up to day 56 of flower and she's gonna be close to being ready for harvest. Every grow I've done has gone past the suggested harvest date by at least a week sometimes two but this one looks like she will be only a day or two past day 56. Trichomes are cloudy so just looking to see a few amber colored and for some more pistils to turn. Cant wait to see how she turns out.

Ctpadge803 Today is day 56 of the flower cycle. According to seedsman the plant should be close if not ready to harvest. They're pretty close with there description. I'm definitely close with about 90% of the trichomes cloudy and 10% clear. No amber yet. The pistils are still showing a good amount of white with a ratio of 50% to 50% orange/brown. I'm keeping an eye on her and checking every night for my harvest window which for me will be as soon as I see 10% to 20% amber preferably 10% which shouldn't be a problem considering how often I check. The smell as well as the density of the buds have really come on in the last week. These buds are very hard and heavy coated with snow white trichomes. I really like growing this strain especially from a free seed I got from an order I placed with seedsman. there definitely a quality seed bank with a large selection of breeders .every plant I've grown from seeds I purchased and I got as a freebie have been exactly what it was supposed to be. I'm flushing with straight water for the next few days until harvest which will be the next time I post. Also I know alot of my pictures come out a little blurry but I really need to get a new phone to fix that. The cover over my camera lens on this phone is gone so I'm pretty positive the lens has a few scratches. I will. Upgrade my phone next week so the harvest post will be much better

Ctpadge803 Spider mites really decreased my total harvest quality and quantity. I will not allow any chance of Spiderman infested clones to enter my grow room.
