Growing local once again with a new offering from the Niagara Seed Bank, Candyland Peyote.
Candyland Peyote Strain produces a powerful and long-lasting sensation while being surprisingly simple to grow. This cannabis strain is the hybrid of Platinum Cookies and Granddaddy Purple strains; it has a complex yet lovely flavor. It tastes earthy but still soft and creamy, just like a fruity latte. This Sativa-dominant strain is highly potent, with THC levels ranging from 20 to 26%.
Standard germination stuff. Soaked seed in water overnight. Moved seed to wet paper towel and placed inside plastic baggie. Baggie was placed in shoebox that was sitting on a heat mat. After 48 hours I transferred sprouted seed into a pete plug. Seedling moved into net pot and 5 gallon DWC bucket today, 8 days after dropping the seed.
Off we grow again 🌱
all you plants look great dude! I miss the stability of PH with Remo nutrients. PH was pretty rock solid with that stuff. Botanicare I am throwing PH up in almost every day.
@Oozle, Thanks. I'm extremely happy with how all the plants are growing so far - the Creme de la Chem has some minor issues but there's always one 😒. I'm really liking the Remo stuff. I generally need to add PH down the day after a rez change and the plants stay pretty stable for the rest of the week. I haven't had to crack out the PH up yet.
Beautiful. Congrats on harvest! Bud looks bomb!! I love my HLG lights, but if I had more money I would get something with some IR and UV. Good luck on your next grow and upgrading your light.
@Oozle, Thanks man. I was actually pretty close to buying an HLG light when the Canadian distributor suddenly shut down operations. After more shopping around, I ended up getting a Spider Farmer SF4000 at a price that didn't freak out the finance minister too much 😉
