Cheapgrowing I soaked the seeds for 24 hours in dechlorinated tap water, then i put the seeds in a damp paper towel and the following day they all opened without problems. Now i will still leave them in the paper towel for a couple of days and then put the seeds in the soil

Cheapgrowing in this first week I have not done anything special, I let them do their thing by giving them water with balanced pH and dechlorinated, I am trying to give some molasses from the beginning to understand if the plants can benefit from it, the soil is enriched with worms castings should therefore be useful. currently I'm not sure whether to let him do 2 or 3 weeks of veg, I have to think about it

Cheapgrowing Having seen that the plants are growing extremely vigorously, i decided to let them do only 2 weeks of veg, 3 would have been really too much. the growth of all plants is mind-blowing: tallest is 25cm, lowest is 16cm, they haven't shown pre-flowers or pistils yet, I am confident next week and hopefully they are all female as I have had a couple of problems with light during the vegetative stage

Cheapgrowing These little girls are starting to stretch a lot! I am really happy with how it is going, in the grow it starts to smell great and the first signs of flowering are starting to come out. I defoliated the lower parts of the plant a little in order to have a better airflow even in the parts with less light

Cheapgrowing Good news: they're all girls! By the middle of the week all the plants showed their pistils and i couldn't be happier with that! They are still stretching and in the most apical part it is starting to form. During week 6 i will probably still defoliate the lower part of each plant in order to have more growth in the higher parts

Cheapgrowing There were a couple of unexpected events during the week: the first thing is that a couple of plants showed some sacks of pollen, which terrified me, i thought they were hermaphrodites! I have been attentive all week and have removed every single sign of male pre-flowers, now everything seems to be ok and the inflorescences are forming without problems. I removed some internodes from the lower branches to make sure i don't have popcorn nugs, otherwise flowering is going well.

Cheapgrowing During the week i did some sort of lollipopping in the lower branches of each plant to get bigger inflorescences. Also towards the end of the week i gave each plant only pH balanced water with molasses inside to let it drain a little of the nutrient build-up. Nothing more to add, they are all developing beautiful flowers, let's see how it goes!

Cheapgrowing We have reached day 63 of bloom, i must say that these plants are taking their time! I apologize for not publishing week 8 but there have been problems in the assimilation of nutrients. As you can see, the leaves are turning yellow in a not beautiful way and some of them are slowly falling. I changed the way of giving him nutrients and quantities, changing schedules and alternating one cycle and the other of administering nutrients to one of dechlorinated tap water with balanced pH. Despite this the plants are developing nice hairy and fragrant buds, i can't wait to see the final result, but I think it will take a few more weeks!

Cheapgrowing Merry Christmas everyone! We are heading towards the home straight with the plants as a lot of orange pistils are forming, in my opinion i will have to go on for another couple of weeks and then flush everything.

Cheapgrowing We're almost arrived with some plants! I'm very happy of that grow and how's going, the plants are all in mid-late stage of flowering. With some plants i've started flushing them with some pH-balanced water, the rest of the plants i think they need a couple of more weeks before starti to flushing them. That's all i think, today is the last day of the year so happy new year to everyone!!!
Damn guys, that thing hit! I've smoked a lil bit tonight and it was delicious. It has a nice sweet taste and a great effect, very relaxing, ideal for chilling

Cheapgrowing While growing, they turned out to be two different phenotypes, one taller, purple and sativa-leaning and one more compact and definitely greener. Both are very productive, have a very interesting aroma, I will update the diary when they are dry and cured.
A very compact and productive strain, with fast flowering and huge inflorescences, definitely worth trying again!

Cheapgrowing Peyote critical from Barney's farm was one of the fastest to finish. It definitely has an indica profile with very compact flowers, the plant tends to stay low and is very resistant, ideal for sog, a very productive strain.
Cheapgrowing 5 plants left, let's see how it goes. The flowers are getting bigger, i hope to harvest them soon!

Cheapgrowing Last 3 plants left, i'm currently flushing two of them and i think i'll give at the greener one a couple of more weeks, i'm so happy to see the end of that grow!
A balanced hybrid with a particular taste with the smoke, i'd like to grow that strain again

Cheapgrowing A great strain with a great production of frangrant and hairy flowers. The smell reminds me something nutty, sweet and flowery. Let's see how it goes with a lil bit of curing!
Cheapgrowing The flowers on this one are starting to grow and turning their pistyls red/orange, i'll start to flush her as soon as i can because it's taking a lot of time
It's a late night time strain, fruity and sweet with sour notes. I've really enjoyed the effects despite the size and structure of the buds.

Cheapgrowing A disappointing strain, very sensitive to nutrients and light, little the weight of the flowers. The positive note is that, contrary to their airy appearance, they are very sticky and fragrant with very sweet and citrus tones.
Compact and sticky buds, a lovely strain that i'd like to grow again

Cheapgrowing Here's the end of my sog experience. Overall i've loved what i've done from the beginning to the end. It was a very nice and challenging experience, but nothing lasts forever.
With that one i've earned the highest yield per watt so far: 91g from a total of 9 plants, so i've reached 0.91g/watt.
I hope in the future to reach or overcome the gram per watt, and i hope that you've enjoyed that diary as much as i loved that grow. Now i'll cure that plant a lil bit before the smoke report and i'll proceed to grow new plants! See ya, peace to everyone
