Potted her before I remembered to take a pic of the root but shes ready to go! I have to say I've waited a long time to grow this strain and I'm hoping for the best with this lady (or so I hope haha). I'm starting with just regular Ph water and I'm going to monitor the height as she goes so I can fill with soil as needed. Wish me luck guys I'm giving it my all! If you guys have any advice or suggestions PLEASE let me know in the comments or in a dm. I'm always open to suggestion!
She popped! Shes a fast growing little booger too. She was probably around 4 inches maybe 5 when she started leaning so I added some more dirt and I'm going to keep letting her stretch until I fill the pot with soil. Wish me luck guys I'm going for the super chronic! 🤯🤯😎😎
How exactly should I go about this plant when it comes to training? I've not grown a fem in a while and I'm just looking for a full canopy (or as full as possible). I know about topping, fimming and tieing down the branches, but is there some other/better techniques?
Top early at least once, the LST all the way. I throw 4 pieces of timber down around the plant and hammer in nails 50mm apart. I then tie down and anchor the larger branches then LST more through the grow, stop this in early flower.
Also, defoliate fan leaves hard on flip, then again 3 weeks into flower. Hope this helps :)
She’s growing really well but I think somethings wrong? Almost looks like a deficiency. I’m not an expert so I’m not sure but the leaves just seem a little pale if that makes sense. Slight color difference from the outside of the leaf and the inside. I honestly just hope she’s doing okay!
I noticed the discoloration of the leaves and I was wondering if i just need to start giving her nutes or if it might be something else? The last 4 pics are of the slight discoloration.
Yes this plant is hungry. You can tell instantly by looking at her she is in need of food. A really healthy plant will have alot darker shade than that i notice in the middle of the plant she is quite dark which is good :) I would of started feeding her around about a week ago though I am very trust worthy in my nutrients as its my work lol But yeah just start of the week 2 of the feed table for whatever nutes your using and you will be fine :) best i look I love that strain has a truly unique taste and smell :) I hope wedding cake lives upto the hype as thats what im running atm :) best of luck 👊
Gave her some nutes and she looks much better! Only gave her one feeding so I’m just going to give as she needs. I also topped her today! So she’s about to start exploding hopefully!
I must say, I’m pretty happy with this grow so far. No nutrients given this week just regular water and I did a little bit of trimming of the fan leaves as they were blocking direct light to the branches. I think I’m going to go another week maybe two depending on her size. I hope the lower temperatures at night don’t affect anything with the plant because it has been very cold outside. Nice and warm inside though, just gets down to 70 over the period of the night. Should I be concerned about the temperature? Or am I in the clear?
Sorry for the late post, she’s doing amazing! Going to give her some root nutes for about 2 weeks and maybe tie her down a little bit to shape her. I kind of want to max out the plants size in the pot? I’m sure it’s not a full 5 gallons of soil it’s probably closer to like 4.5 gal. Will she get too big for the light and tent or will she be fine as long as I tie her down? Thanks for the help in advance guys!
She’s doing amazing! Starting to form nicely and growing at a nice speed. Flipped to flowering TODAY. Super excited to see what’s going to come from this majestic beauty!
Do I need to give her a nice trim since she’s going into flowering? She’s getting pretty thick in the center and I want to get the best plant possible.
Would not lollipop will decrease yield. Would trim out lower 40 to 50 percent and thin out canopy some for good air flow. Wanna keep leaves so they produce energy for plant to develop well and more yield. Good luck and happy growing 🌱
Flowering time! Starting to get more and more hairs everywhere! The smell is VERY raunchy. Like stinky feet mixed with skunk. This will probably be the biggest indoor plant to date so hopefully she has a high return! I’m super excited to see what’s to come!
Here we go! Shes doing so good and I'm so happy with the way shes growing. Lots of smell and lots of bud sites! I have high hopes for this one so hopefully shes produces some juicy buds! 🤯🤯
Well she's doing really well but i didn't feed her enough clearly and she had started going yellow on me. This week I've upped the nutes and already I've seen a difference but I think it will have an impact on the final results. Hopefully she still comes out rocking some beautiful colors and nice dense tops.
She's doing really well right now! Brought her back from that yellow and now she has a nice green shade again. Starting to look like I might have some cool colors on this one. I'm hoping for some frosty with some purple!
I've been busy so I haven't really had time to post or take care of her. The week before last she stopped getting nutrients and went almost all yellow. But I revived her yet again and she's still going! Super fruit and skunk smells, super hard buds (what bud is there so far), and starting to get nice and sticky. Hopefully only a few more weeks!
Overall this plant was very resilient. I made mistakes left and right and she still made some tasty bud. The small nugs I didn't get pics of because they were quickly used for edibles. I will definitely grow this strain again and better!
@Beefsquatch, it's a very weird smell for sure lol. I was hoping for the thin mints pheno but this is okay I think it will be nice in the end. Yours is doing very nice!
