Everything is going fine, I just wish that my plants grew taller so that I can get a bigger yield. I think that I over watered them especially in the beginning, perhaps that is why they are so short.

My plant is dense, all of the stems and flowers are close to the stalk. I was wondering if trimming all of the sun leaves to make room for sunlight would be a good idea, I don’t want to hurt my plant.

With auto's I rely on low stress training and do minimal leaf removal. I only remove fan leaves that are shading a bud site. Before doing that though I will tuck the problem leaf under and only remove it if it keeps popping out and annoys me.

Could I please get some help or more information on when to start harvesting? I clipped off the top third of my plant believing that it’s time to harvest, but I’m not exactly sure how to tell. I think I’m just getting antsy and want to start drying and curing already.

The trichomas and their therpenoids & cannabinoids suffer so much from light and heat, so if you want to smoke nice buds, please check any guide to dry & curing procedure to have the best effect and taste from your weed. The only effective way to know when to cut a plant is when you check the bud trichomas, dont check the sugar leaves from the buds because they'll mature earlier than the bud itself. When you do the best to grow your plants you want the BBT as I like to say (Big, Beautiful, tasty) so every part of the grow and dry&cure will have a massive impact of the quality you get, so imho you need to have patience. Have a nice day

Hey man my advice on that one is it's either being watered to much or to little. Also don't rely just on color of the hairs the trichomes (THAT FROST) is mainly what you wanna look at. They will be a cloudy cover when ready to harvest, but for a more couch lock type stone wait even further until they are about 30% Amber color ( reddish brown) looking at the trichomes is key. That plant is definitely suffering from some sort of water issue tho stick your finger in the dirt and check to see if it's wet about an inch or so down. If it's very wet stop watering it until you can do that and feel it's dry, if it's dry initially then water it accordingly.
