Spring is here down under and that means outdoor growing time. This year I am looking after a friend's autos which you may see in some pics but not part of this diary. I am hoping for two big healthy girls which I will clone on a few months for my indoor tent. This will be my last spring/summer in this house so there will be no chillies in my pics as this will be my first year without them. No nutes yet as I have premium potting mix and I don't like feeding seedlings.
A bit of sunshine and a bit of rain this week. The girls are still babies so no nutes yet. All my spring garden is now planted so it will be nice to chronicle the whole garden's growth again this season.
Some ok growing conditions this week with a few sunny days but plenty of rain. Overall good amount of growth and just started with very low strength nutes.
Good week for growing here down under with plenty of sunshine and a bit of rain. Gently upped the nutes this week. They look like they are stretching a bit, hopefully this wont be a problem later on in the grow.
Not a great week for outdoor growing this week with massive storms bringing heaps of rain and very damaging winds. Had to stake one of the girls as she got uprooted from the strong winds.
Some conditions for growing outdoors were ok this week apart from another nasty windstorm that uprooted one of the girls. Luckily she recovered well and she is now staked in.
A great week for outdoor growing here with a bit of rain and plenty of sunshine and not much damaging winds. Gave the girls another topping and the way they're growing might still do one more.
A bit late with the update but not much news this week. Good weather, good conditions. Topped them again this week and took some cuttings for an indoor grow.
Some more great growing weather with a little bit of rain and plenty of sunshine. The girls are getting big, so big I had to lst the big one to bring the height down a bit. A few pre-flowers are showing and usually around these parts mid to late jan they start to flower.
Not a bad week for growing apart from one storm which toppled the plants. More pre-flowers are staring to show and will gibe veg nutes for another week or two.
