Overall, it went well, however I feel that the plants didn't grow fast enough, especially the Wedding Glue. I have however decided to pull her through, as all the plants in the pot are on the same feeding schedule. I struggled to keep RH above 45% and have therefore restricted the fresh air supply for next week. I am also not happy wit the CO2 production of the Exhale Bag and have made adjustments for next week Key Learning: Always germinate a few more seeds and keep only the strong ones Adjustments for next week: - Feeding pipe lowered - Added CO2 bags - Light height - Fresh air intake restricted - Feeding schedule adjusted - Extraction vent timing adjusted

I know at around 1200-1400 PPM of CO2 in your space. Plants can handle low 30s in celsius. Like 33 would be about the top range of what a plant could handle with supplemented CO2.

Hi there. I grow in rockwool and hydroton as well at the moment. With rockwool it has a naturally high ph I think around 7 or 8. I normally soak mine in ph 4.5/5 water for 24hrs then shake a lot of the water out. Then I soak in mild nute solution for 15mins Ec 0.45 ph 5.5 then shake, then place my seed in the hole. With the hydroton especially if it's new I give that a mega rinse to get the dust off then soak that in ph 5.5 for 24hrs. If its hydroton I used before, I jet wash the roots out and then boil the rocks before soaking in ph 5.5

Beginning of the week I had some issues with nutrient deficiency, I would assume , since the addition of a little e Canna Calmag Agent seems to have solved the problem (Forgot that reverse osmosis filter tend to remove all the minerals as well). Thanks to the community for pointing this out, the plants were able to recover within a day. I moved a way for trying to maintain CO2 concentrations of 1000-1200, as it is almost impossible for me to maintain tolerable growing conditions from a temperature and humidity perspective. With current fan speed and dripping schedule if feel the plants are thriving nicely. Purple Lemonade is building up a very consistent plant structure, as well as the LSD-25. The Wedding Glue however is just runting along, don't think that there is much to be expected from that plant, so the focus is on the Purple Lemonade and LSD-25.

When performing LST, would you guys remove the fan leaves touching the medium or leave them on? I am just worried that they might catch mold due to the irrigation.

Tim-down method was applied to all of the plants, it seems like the purple lemonade took best to it and has developed very strong additional budsites, while the LSD-25 seemed a little stressed by the method, however, still developed some. Further, I had defoliated the plants a little were a fan leave was covering nodes, as per recommendation from the community, which has worked very well. During the week the plants started to develop a slight smell, making me think that they probably going into pre-flower now.

When to stop LST with autos? I have no experience... they are in week 4 now and it seems like they have started to pre-flower. Should I continue LST throughout week 4 or rather stop and let the plants do their thing?

Because the plants will double or tripple in size during the pre flower stretch, the LST can be done all the way through to maintain an even canopy. Just do a bit at a time. Probably by week 8 you will have stopped Lst.

Since it seems like I can do LST for quite a while longer, and I do technically have a scrog net lying around;Would you guys continue with the tie-down method, or position a scrog net 5-10 cm over the current canopy and guide the plant through the net? Just don't wanna over do it

Hello again,👋👍 A scrog net would be nice, but i just checked your diary and you are growing 3 different strains, so the negative point here is that some strains streches more than others, i suggest to check the percentage of indica vs sativa to have that also in mind, for the rest, of course a scrog net provides us much more even canopy even if one of your plants is super sativa you can still guide that one and try to keep it under the net, so yes its a great idea to use a net if you have one 👍 enjoy your growing 🌱

Overall I think it went very well this week. Started off with 900ppm, however I realized a bit of tip burn so went down to 850, which actually was enough to stop the burn. A lot of budsites are appearing everywhere and the smell gets increasingly stronger day by day. Regarding the tie down method I used; it seems like the LSD-25 has completely stopped growing its main cola (not sure if I have caused that by stressing the top to much), which has now been overtaken by the side branches, lets see how this will impact the overall yield. The plant however grows a bit more vigorous than the Purple Lemonade. The Purple Lemonade starts showing her colors a little already, can't wait to see these little hues of purple expand. I slowly started removing a few old leaves and undesirable bud locations below the ScrOG and will continue to do so until the end of probably week 5. Little issue with my setup here is that it is really difficult to get to the plant in the back below the ScrOG net.

I would leave it as is mate. If after the stretch u feel its still not to your liking you can always put another net in there to spread it out. Done double scrog nets a few times.

My LSD-25 is showing a nutrient deficiency. The nutrient solution is at 900-950 ppm and ph is always between 6.0-6.3. I am already adding cal mag agent from canna as per vendors instructions to my reverse osmosis water and have added a bit more yesterday.

Hi! I would suggest you to take some leaves off so that your plants can breath better. Also i dont think you should raise up any nutrient, instead i would take a good lock in N toxicity. unless you are facing immobile nutrient deficiency like calcium, nutrients like N,P and K should start from old leaves from the botton of the plant as the plant can take it from old leaves to provide to the new ones. i hope it helps.

Struggled a bit with an assumed nutrient lock out or maybe N toxicity for the LSD-25. I have therefore adjusted the ppm of 950 for this week down 700 for week 6. The Purple Lemonade has however not shown any signs regarding a nutrient issue. Nutrients were transitioned into flower, while still keeping some of the veg in the mix (maybe this was the issue that caused the N toxicity. Continued the defoliation of the plants below the canopy and removed some more unfavorable bud sites as well.

Overall it went well, except for a few drippers clogging up, resulting in others spraying a tent wall and leaking a little. This also caused the humidity to rise quite a bit, so I had to switch on the dehumidifier to remedy this a little. Purple Lemonade: She just develops so nicely. can't wait to see how she will finish up in a couple of weeks. LSD-25: can't seem to figure out what's wrong with this one. She however continues to grow and develop, however maybe not as fast as the Purple Lemonade.

Get some airstones in the res. I would stop top feeding as your water will eventually struggle to run back into the tank and then flood everywhere. So from now it's going to be a dwc in effect. You could carry on top feeding but it may flood. Good luck

Flushing is a bit of a hot topic. Some people do it, some don't. I am one who does not believe in the methodology behind flushing. But I respect people who do like to do it. If you want to start flushing your plants, aim for 1-2 weeks before your chop. Just water them with PH'd water till runoff if achieved and your good to go. their are products desinged to help remove excess salts in the flush and this might be something your interested it. From other questions like this that I've read, most people just use water. As for vendor guided timelines of when to harvest, They are more or less suggestions, you have to go off of what your plant is telling you. They are normally correct in a ball park range sense. Best to check your trichomes for a more accurate indicator of when its ready. I like a little bit of amber 10% some like more, upwards of 30%. More amber=more sedative couch lock. I think that's because the THCV turn into CBN Best of Luck

Not much to update kept the nutrients same as last week around 700ppm. The Purple Lemonade was harvested yesterday after only 53 days however pistols and trichomes suggest that she was ready. looking at the LSD-25 under the microscope I see a lot less trichomes than on the Purple lemonade, and a majority of her pistols have also not changed their colors. I would say she probably needs at least another week until I can start flushing.

Overall, I am quite satisfied with the outcome, even though that this was my first time around growing autos indoors. Had some nutrient issues in the beginning and towards the end. Key learning here would be to take it a lot slower with the nutrients than both vendors suggested. Trimmed Wet Bud weight is roughly 300 grams including the popcorn buds and first trim sugar leaves, so at an estimated 70+ grams dry, I don't think I can complain. Will definitely grow this one again, colors, smell and bud texture simply looks super appealing, can wait to test and report back.

Things are going well. The LSD-25 is about to finish up, probably by the end of this week or beginning of next. To my surprise the Wedding Glue, that didn't show any signs of flowering what so ever has now decided to rapidly go into flower. This plant has such a vigor that I had to trim her quite drastically over the last few weeks, or she would have completely taken over the tent. I was also ready to chop her together with the LSD-25 as I didn't expect anything from her. Anyways, as vigorous as she was during the vegetation phase, as vigorous she is developing flowers right now.

Top Canopy is growing darker again and less Calcium deficiency is visible. The smell is getting quite strong and she is super sticky, leaving your fingers smell of Vanilla, Peach and Cream.

Plant is developing nicely, I kind of regret cutting her back when I ran out of space, because she is turning into a beast. Adjusted the nutrients further down and opened up the canopy with some more LST so that each of the remaining tops gets maximum exposure. She has been doing a great job in filling the internodal spaces with buds, getting me really excited for harvest time. I reckon she will take another 2-3 weeks until then.

This plant was such a positive surprise, given that I had almost written her off and trimmed her back massively to prevent her from overtaking my other plants. I had to harvest her in two steps, as the buds in one area of the plant were much further along. First batch I harvested wet 510 gr and now yesterday another 1,172 gr., so I guess we are optimistically looking at 400 gr dry. I assume that she was polyploid, as she had way to many leafs and buds growing on each of her internodes. Overall a very rewarding experience so far, I am however happy to have the tent empty again, as I didn't expect her to take 15 weeks. Looking forward to the Rhino Ryder from FB, which I will grow next.
