Hi there. 1st rule of grow club, tell no one. 2nd rule of grow club make sure no smells leak out. Safety wise its advised to have a fire extinguisher near by. You could also get a cheap camera setup and have that set to inform you of any movement around your grow area. But most importantly rule 1 don't tell anyone.

Tell no one... if you give some away, it's from guy in a town 20-30miles away you knew back in high school, lol... just have some elaborate backstory, and no one will ask... also, give a good excuse when you are lazy and/or sick of freeloaders :P kidding of course. dowels in windows... don't advertise anything on social media that lets people know you are away for long periods of time. don't put stuff in garage or in a car. don't warn other people about this stuff face to face, becaue they will blame you when their dumbass gets their car broken into. If it is widespread that you grow weed, risk of someone trying to break in is abnormally high. your neighbors and friends won't recognize the risk they put you in when they talk about shit to just about anyone about it. Electricity -- no power cords on ground anywhere near where water can spill. be smart about how you wire things.. what's co-mingling etc all common sense... just don't be low-hanging fruit :P
