Raul2021 Day 1: Germination on a napkin, I placed the seed in a round container with a folded napkin at the bottom, moistened it with water until it was quite damp, and placed the two seeds in. Then I put another unwrapped napkin on top and moistened it a bit until it was damp, the water shouldn't be pooled. I closed the container and put it in a completely dark place, on the TV stand, I used a wine glass for the water. (11:00 PM germination time). Day 5: Both have stretched, one more than the other, the stem measures about 6cm tall, waiting for the first little leaves to come out, they still have the shell stuck on. Day 6: The plants have stretched their stems but are missing their leaves, I had to manually remove the seed from one and the other still has it stuck, I think it’s due to lack of light, next time I’ll place the plants in the patio and not in the dark shower, also, plant the seed a bit deeper so the shell falls off more easily. Hours passed and things remained the same, but it is true that the cotyledons tried to open, but they had a little brown thing around them, which I left after removing the seed that was preventing them from opening. With a cotton swab moistened in water and a lot of patience, I gradually removed the membrane, and they opened right away and their two little leaves came out. We hope that tomorrow they have grown and everything has gone well. This happened because I didn’t put the plants under light and because I planted the seeds too early, the shell didn’t get enough moisture. Day 9: One of the plants has grown and has received a whole day of sun, the other has a very weak stem and is wobbling, I sprayed a little water on it and filled it a bit with soil to see what happens, and I placed it on the trays. The other one is going to stay outside quite firmly although it also has a long stem, but it is growing well.

Raul2021 Day 10: I covered the plants with more soil to protect the stem, and I noticed that one has the stem almost broken and all stretched out; it might have the phytum fungus. I covered it with soil, but I don't think it will survive; the other one keeps growing. The other one was healthy, and all of a sudden, it fell to the ground. I tried to fix it with stakes, but it finally died. The other one that stayed smaller had the same thing happen, but with a bit of soil to cover the wound and placing it under some boards, it has managed to come back. I'm quite surprised to see if it makes it to flowering.

Raul2021 October 9th: This is the current state of the survivor, despite the stem stretching, it's still there. I just covered it with more soil, and I've been watering it almost every 2 days with a little bit of bottled water around it.

Raul2021 Day 28 of the plant, watered with bottled water every 3 days approximately, it is very small and with a very weak stem, it suffered a stem narrowing from which it has survived.

Is it normal for the stem to be so fragile? I have to support it by packing the soil well; the plant already suffered a small narrowing from which it has survived. Could that have something to do with it? Any advice?

This plant doesn't have enough light. So she "stretched". She grow taller, thinking she would reach the sun. In nature, plants are fighting each other to win access the light. The one who grow higher win ^^ So... Try to get better sun exposition. Add dirt on top of your pot. WIth an non-auto, I would transplant to another pot, and bury the stem up to 5cm under node 2. 15°C at night is a bit cold too... You should bring it indoor during the night, if that's something you can do.

If there leaf hoppers get some neem oil and spray the leafs if u can’t get been oil. Boiling hot water and placing a teabag init and the putting a cigarette out in the water leave the half smoked cigarette in the water let it cool down a bit and spray the plants it will repell most of the bugs till u can get some been oil
