Last grow I tried the paper towel technique and after watching lots of Mr. Canucks videos I decided to try and germinate in the soil. This was a mistake because I got impatient and very careful move soil around to see the progress and I saw the seed had indeed popped so I barely covered it so it wouldn’t struggle looking for the light. Next time I think I’m just going to go back to the water in a cup method or paper towel method. It’s nice to see the progress of it without wondering the if the seed was a dud or not.

i do the same thing, getting impatient with my paper towels! i like being able to see my beans in a cup of water. looks like things have started off well! keep it up 👍 & happy growing 😎
